Northwood Farm Cottage

This lovely converted farm cottage/annex makes the perfect stay for anyone looking to explore the local area within the South Downs National Park. The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of footpaths and bridlepaths which can be accessed directly from the farm. This cottage is sure to provide you with a cosy stay in front of the log burner. If you are bringing pets please note the garden is not enclosed and they must be kept on a lead whilst on the property. Additional logs available to buy.

Spacious and Stylish Home in Heart of Top Village

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Self-contained Garden Cottage nestled in the South Downs National Park. Cosy,clean & comfortable with on-site parking, wifi, microwave, air fryer, mini fridge,patio terrace with a coal BBQ & outside seating. Sited within the grounds of our family home built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth, Winchester,Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub.

Garden Annexe in Petersfield

The Annexe is a newly-built light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips. Breakfast is available, when possible, by request as an extra.

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

The Eco BnB, Sheet

The EcoBnB looks out onto our peaceful and private garden, through which the Ashford Stream flows. An eco-build annexe, furnished to a very high standard, peaceful and relaxing. Look us up at Ecobnb . uk for a 3D tour of the space. Sheet is a quiet picturesque village, on the edge of Petersfield, and has several excellent pubs within an easy walk. Petersfield train station/town centre are 25 minutes walk. Bedales School, and Goodwood are within an easy drive.
