It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). A peaceful haven and home away from home- that's how many have described this one bedroom, one bath apartment (700 sq ft), with fully-furnished kitchen, private patio and separate entrance . We tried to incorporate everything a person would need to be comfortable. We look forward to welcoming you to the Los Fresnos/South Padre Island/Brownsville area! This apartment is connected to our home and hosts live on premises, but it has its own private entrance.
