The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance hall, connecting living room, and kitchen with a wood-burning stove, bedroom, and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim all year round while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. We have many animals that you are always welcome to meet, including petting pigs, chickens, ducks and rabbits. It is possible to pick berries and flowers in the self-pick garden as well as buy excess from our kitchen garden in the road stall. It only takes 1 hour by car or train to Copenhagen city center.
