On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Enjoy far-reaching views to Exmoor from the decking, complete with outdoor seating. Sleeps 6 (1 double, 2 twin), with equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, shower room and separate WC. Peace is only interrupted by resident donkeys Teabag, Woolly & Dave and the occasional visit from our free-range chickens.

Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!
