Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Southern Indiana

We had another great stay! This was our second stay and we would love to stay again some day. This place is so nice and relaxing, we absolutely love our time here. Very clean and smells so good when you walk in! The hot tub is wonderful and the grilling area is a great place to relax. The kitchen has everything that we need to cook our meals. The beds are comfy. The home is well stocked and you don't really need to bring anything besides clothes and food. The muffins and cinnamon rolls left for us are much appreciated! Another 10/10 stay and I highly recommend once again!

Josh was super responsive! We loved the house, the neighborhood, the parking, and how close it was to all the restaurants and shopping and parks! The kitchen had everything we needed! Bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms towels are soft! Loved our stay here!

We had a fantastic stay at The Dome!! It was secluded and quiet, very peaceful. It was also a drivable distance from downtown Nashville, which is where we would disappear to here and there to shop or eat, but overall- we would strongly recommend this stay!

If you are considering booking this home, don't think twice! It is a beautiful home and property, photos don't do it justice, and Kevin is so kind and helpful! He truly has thought of everything and does everything he can to help his guests feel welcome and relaxed! You can tell he cares very much about you having a great stay! I came with friends for a birthday weekend and we all left feeling so rested, exactly what Moms need on a weekend getaway! My expectations were exceeded in every way, this place is a gem and I hope to come back someday! Thank you so much Kevin!

Perfect fit for what I needed. The house was clean, safe, and in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the hosts’ hospitality and attentiveness. Easy to communicate with, easy check-in and check-out process. Well worth it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the school house airbnb! The remodel of the old school making it into a cozy house is incredible. The sheets and beds were so comfortable. I would definitely choose this host again if I’m in the area.

Want a spacious, clean, and A/C space (with security) with proximity and easy access to Louisville - one traffic light and 1.5 miles away and all that city has to offer and at a small city-cost no less? Then a stay at Devion’s Airbnb is your destination!

A very peaceful getaway for me and my wife, it was very quiet and the hot tub was amazing would recommend !!

I would book this place again because it was very close to all the locations I needed to visit in Louisville. The host provides clear and detailed instructions on how to find the property, which made check-in seamless—that alone deserves 5 stars. However, the place was missing a few key comforts. I typically book Airbnbs for a home-like experience, and this one fell a bit short. There’s no dishwasher, which discouraged me from using the kitchen, so I ended up buying disposable utensils. More importantly, there’s no laundry, which is usually one of the main reasons I choose an Airbnb over a hotel. I’d recommend this place if you’re already familiar with the area and need a convenient location. Otherwise, for around $200 more, you might be able to find something with more amenities and comfort.

We had a great stay and the unit was exactly as described. Not having been to Louisville before, I tried finding something downtown that was walkable to lots of places. Turns out we needed to drive most places anyway, which made the parking garage less worth the hassle. But that's no reflection on this place. It was clean and adorable and made for a very pleasant stay!

Eugenia’s place was great! It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Close enough to hiking, shopping and dining without traffic and street noise. I will make an effort to stay again for my future trips.

Jon was helpful, friendly, flexible, and a very responsive communicator. The room was clean and quiet, and it had a comfortable bed with soft linens. The bathroom was small, but that was as advertised, and it worked fine for me. This room is very close to downtown and the Ford Center. It is located in a building that has a beautifully maintained yard with seating near flowers, landscaping, and a small water fountain (?), thereby creating a peaceful experience. I was able to park for free in the street very close to the entrance too.

Wow!! Amazing experience in Louisville!! Loved the property…so unique and beautiful! Prime location so we could walk down Market Street and to Main Street. James is super responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Louisville!

Loved this space, very safe in both the unit itself and the parking situation as well. Found a load of new friends at the local restaurant Brew Link (maybe a 8 min walk from the apartment) and it wasn't too hard to explore staples like Mass Ave on foot from the location either. Bed was super comfy and lovely amenities to be used, all the creature comforts necessary. Thank you!

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

What a fantastic location (can’t brag enough about the dedicated parking) for our trip! For what I paid for two nights at Sid’s (all taxes and fees included) was about the price of one night in a hotel. The instructions that included pictures were the most helpful to find the door. When I had trouble getting in, Sid was right there. He called to help me troubleshoot and we figured out a solution. Haha, my only advice is that if you have brain fog like me after driving for hours, the garage gate has a sensor to get out, but you push the garage opener to get in. I had my sweet husband outside the car waving the opener like a weirdo until he said “oh wait, there is a button” as I was calling Sid for help again :) I wish I could tell you about the things in the area, but we didn’t get time to explore. However, this means it’s a great excuse to come back and book Sid’s place again!

Very nice apartment had everything we needed for our stay! Spacious and clean. Very nice park a block away. King bed was comfortable, bunk beds are pretty squeaky but comfortable. Very accurate description and photos

Great place. everything you could want away from home. Parking very helpful. Short walk to convention center. Close to some sites. John's check in details were helpful as it can be tricky.
