Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Southern Shores

Connor was so welcoming and accommodating. Second time Renting this house and it’s always a pleasure visiting Kitty Hawk and staying in this home away from Home

We had a wonderful stay at Regiana's place for our spring break with the kids. the house was clean, spacious, and centrally located so we could walk to the Duck boardwalk, restaurants and the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were a game changer - the kids loved getting to hop in the water, despite the spring temperatures. We had a small issue with the garbage disposal and Regiana was able to send out for a plumber fairly quickly. Overall very responsive and kind host. Also, spring time is a wonderful time of year to check out OBX as there were less tourists and traffic, but any time of year it would be lovely!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Pat’s place. The location is convenient to everything you need and the pool is a wonderful touch. We love that there was a separate area for the dog to roam and an outdoor shower to hose her paws off if needed. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals. There were small things here that we appreciated: having access to cleaning supplies, ample supply of plates / glasses, good internet, etc. Would definitely come back again!

We loved our stay! The home was so family friendly - the beach was right across the street which made it so easy to walk to with our 2 young children, our girls loved getting to play in the fenced backyard and the playroom was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a fantastic home to stay in! I’m going to keep it in my watch list for future visits! The space is well laid out with a TON of sleeping space. The pool is very nice to have! It’s only a 5 min walk to all the downtown Duck restaurants and shops. Beach access is very close. Owner and property management are very responsive to questions/concerns. Loved this place!

We really enjoyed our time at Alan’s! We used to live in the area and love being in the woods, but close to the beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Alan was very easy to reach when we had a question. We love how the pool was easily accessible for adults, but not for our toddler. The master bed and suite were very comfortable. Great place!

The house and neighborhood are very nice, clean, and modern! Paulo was extremely helpful and quickly responsive in addressing any issues or questions. We loved our stay!

This spot was great, woods outside the door and the coasts not too far either- actually accommodated a friend and my two small-ish dogs. Would def return!

Such a cute place and very accommodating. Close location to everything! Permanent guests were very kind and polite.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is organized and so clean. I love the little things that the host have for the guests like sound machines and boardgames which is very thoughtful. They also very responsive and friendly whenever we reach out to them.

It was a gorgeous apt. We loved being able to use the bikes and the space.

We had such a great visit staying with Kristy! It was like staying with a family friend- she was so flexible with our late check-in, she was welcoming and accommodating. She had great recommendations for places to check out and even offered us beach extras like umbrellas, blankets, surfboards, and more. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived! The place is exactly as described. Even though it’s attached to her home, the apartment is completely separate with its own entrance. You get a full size fridge, basic kitchen amenities, a comfy bed and even an extra trundle bed which is new! It was less than a 3 min drive to the beach which was so convenient, and surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We would definitely return!

We loved our stay at James’ condo. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything within minutes. The condo itself is directly across from the pool, which was perfect for us. Our kids loved walking around the marina and watching all the boats. The condo is updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. James was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!
