Holiday rentals with beach access in Southport

This was our first Airbnb experience since selling our timeshare last year. Andres & Emily made everything easy! Great check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean, with all of the amenities they listed in their description. The bed was clean and comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated with a couch, coffee table and television. Highly recommend eating at Island Burger and Pops Diner, which are nearby. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks over. I also found a beautiful starfish necklace (I've been looking for a nice one for awhile) at a boutique called Salty Chic...very cool store located in the Publix shopping center. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would also highly recommend Andres And Emily's condo, especially for a couple.

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Loft was just like the pictures—beautiful and clean! We would absolutely stay here again. It is located in a great spot we were able to take a short walk to a couple restaurants, as well as the beach. The hosts had very precise details on check in and check out, they made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend staying here!

The 5 of us old high school pals had a stupendous time. Tons of laughter on the deck overlooking the water. Great views! The cottage had everything we needed!

This was my families first time at Holden beach, and we loved it. It was a very fun and peaceful stay. Peggy’s place was amazing! The home was very comfortable. My girls loved the swing outside. Peggy was an amazing host. Helpful and kind. We will be staying here again 😍

We had a great stay here and will be back. Comfortable and very clean. Just like the pictures. Well-stocked kitchen. My dog loved the fenced backyard. The fencing was in good shape and had no holes, so it was a safe yard for my small puppy. Although the house is close enough to the beach to walk, we drove to the beach every day and had no trouble finding parking since there are spots at each beach access point. When a minor issue popped up at the house, Scott responded immediately and got it taken care of right away. Great communication throughout the process. Thanks, Scott!

Carrie was very clear in her instructions of how to check -in and check-out. The Ca-Sea-Ta was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Carrie has set this place up so you feel like you're at home. It is a very relaxing place to stay. It is a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was such a refreshing and lovely place to get all the sand off before going into the spacious apartment. They had all the beach items you'll need. It was great to have a washer/dryer so we could come home with clean clothes.(I hate coming home from vacation to have to do laundry!) The Ca-Sea-Ta was the perfect get away!

Our family stay at the Barefoot Bungalow was great! It was walking distance to the beach and had a wonderful porch for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rest of the house was just as described. We brought our own linens but they offered a linen service if we had needed it. The hosts were very responsive and had a helpful guide for the area. The washer and dryer were excellent amenities! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

The location was perfect for beach access. The front and back decks were awesome with different vibes. The sunporch was perfect for cool mornings. This is a definite do over—we can’t wait to come back.

Julie & Darren were wonderful and their home was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 and large dog. there was plenty of pace for everyone, thoughtful additions such as pet toys, water & food bowls, covers for the couches, beach accessories to use. i could go on and on about how wonderful and homey our stay was. we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

Great location, clean condo, and was exactly as described! Only a couple of minute walk to the beach, umbrella and chairs were provided, and Kelly was super friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

It was cozy little place with a great view of the ocean and we loved the balcony for breakfast. It was perfect for our Mom & Daughter trip.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Wonderful week at Carolina Beach. Ryan’s condo was spotless and the amenities were exceptional. The location is perfect for sun bathing or a quick walk to shops, restaurants and the Boardwalk. The wrap around porch with multiple seating areas was perfect - you could always find a place in the shade or sun no matter what time of day. Sunrises just off the deck if you’re up early were serene and peaceful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Ryan even left a pretty substantial ‘starter kit’ of coffee. snacks and toiletries to make the stay even easier. We rented 4 separate places for a family gathering and everyone agreed that this condo had the best space inside and out. Even saying they would try to book this condo on their next trip back. We rented 2 umbrellas and surfboard for the week and they were delivered and set up on the beach daily for us. There are no beach chairs at the rental - so you are on your own for that service. Thank you Ryan - great rental experience!

My sister and I had a great time staying at John’s place! He was super responsive when we needed something. It was perfect for our weekend vacation. We were able to walk to the beach and different restaurants! We definitely want to come back next year!

You get exactly what you are expecting. Great place, great location! Host was very responsive and wonderful. We loved the place. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Would definitely come back and stay at the same place! Highly recommend it.
