A screened in balcony to view the secluded tree-lined property and beautiful golf course. Enjoy fishing at the pier on the inter coastal waterway, walking and biking trails (map available in the condo for guests), as well as limited access to the St. James Beach Club on Oak Island (see notes below).

Eclectic Tiny Home Hot Tub Nights Poolside Morning

Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!

Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
