This home is fantastic. it is in such a beautiful and serene setting. you get to watch the sunrises over the mountains in the back, and the outdoor shower is so amazing. inside is comfy and the bed was huge! great hosts as well. very attentive and helping.

This place was great and very clean. This is an Airbnb that beats a hotel every time. Close to Acadia, and has river access. Very nice place, and I definitely recommend staying here. Everything was high quality from the furniture to the silverware. Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay at the Downtown Harbor apartment in the middle of June. The view is beautiful and the apartment is attractive, clean, and comfortably furnished. Larry and Sharon were extremely accommodating and really cared about our experience. Highly recommended to singles and couples visiting this part of the Maine coast.

We had a great stay at the Penthouse! It was a perfect launching point for our downeast adventures in Acadia and points beyond. There was a beautiful waterfront view in a charming small town. The space was cozy, clean, modern and very comfortable for our stay. Highly recommend it.

Stephen was very responsive and friendly! The place was a perfect location for our family and very close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The place was very clean and the heater was amazing. The view was beautiful and peaceful as well! I definitely recommend this place.

So peaceful but off season. So not sure how it would be with lots of traffic and people. But the private deck and entrance was wonderful. The water view couldn’t have been more up close and personal with the beautiful harbor. The place was clean and cozy. Perfect lighting. Didn’t watch tv once. A convenient common room for extra supplies or a cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly when we were checking out. No front desk attendant and none needed. They answer messages quickly!

This top floor apartment was perfect for our group of five. Two bathrooms and the balcony were a huge plus. The appliances were all new and modern. Would stay again!

This is an incredible property! The views are simply amazing. The entire area is packed with fun and great food and views …WOW! We rented a two-person kayak which was so fun to just take off from the dock into ocean water. It’s the harbor, so the water is fairly calm. Even this cautious skeptic felt very safe kayaking in the ocean. Do it!!!! We want to come back!!!

We loved the location but we were already familiar with the area. It was so much fun watching all the different birds fishing for food. Seagulls, eagles. ducks etc. The house is set very close to the highway so the street noise could be annoying. If you are an early riser it's not a problem. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor so you need to be able to do stairs and they are quite steep. It is one of our favorite spots on the island and we would stay there again.

The house on the tidal river was perfect! My wife loved the extra suite as a get away for reading and watching the wildlife on the river. Easy to get to town by taking the walkway bridge too! Kathy was a great host!

Sydney’s house was perfect for our family! It was clean, with beautiful views on a quiet, private street. The house had plenty of toiletries, we didn’t need to buy any household items while there. The hot tub was clean and perfect for a breezy afternoon looking out at the water. Sydney was a great host, providing tons of recommendations on places to dine and sites to see. Perfect location to visit both the Schoodic Peninsula and Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor! Would love to stay here again.

A beautiful home off the beaten track, surrounded by woods, and stunning view of Bartlett Narrows make this house special. On the quiet side of MDI, we had bald eagles, a school of porpoises and loons. The caretaker told us that seals come up on the private beach as well. We loved the seclusion and quietness of the place - particularly when the lobster boats weren’t working. The rooms are a good size, kitchen has all the necessary tools to cook, beds are firm, and the deck is comfortable. Place was clean upon our arrival. There are no stores within 15 minutes so planning your grocery trips is important. The Quiet side is great for hiking, and kayaking nearby. For lobster dinners, our favorite is Archie’s with live music and outdoor seating and views. Bar Harbor and the other part of Acadia National Park are a 20-30 minute drive. If you want a place away from the crowds, this is it.

This is a lovely place to stay. Quaint but well stocked and has a large deck with view of the water. We enjoyed time on the beach, relaxing on the deck and inside with a fire. Much less crowded than the other side of the island. We were sad to leave.

Our stay with Dora and Daniel was great! They stopped by within the first couple days to see how we were doing and they even asked for our suggestions of what they could do or what the place needs. We suggested a bigger fry pan thinking they would just set it up for the next group but then the owner brought it by the very next day. They gave recommendations for some lesser known great hiking spots in the area and they were just as good as the super touristy spots! Highly reccomend staying with them!

The cottage was very nice and beautifully located right on the water. The view from the upstairs bedroom was incredible. While we were out and about most of our stay, there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax inside the cottage, and the kids loved exploring the rocky shoreline. The kitchen was well-supplied, and Kathleen stopped by to introduce herself and drop off extra salt and pepper she had noticed was low after the previous guests. Then she left us to relax and enjoy our stay, but assured us she was right next door if we needed anything at all. There was a set of paper instructions that requested guests to perform additional check-out tasks beyond what was in the AirBnB listing including washing and drying towels and bedding before the 10AM checkout. We thought this was a bit much, but we did our best to accommodate these requests and help out. The location of this cottage on the calm side of the island was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great home in a great location. Very spacious and clean and Corey was very responsive. We had 0 problems with there being a restaurant down stairs. Beautiful views of the bay and a near by field where we watched little kittens playing with each other! It was adorable. We slept great and felt right at home!

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented both the Toddy House and Rocky House for a week for our family of 12. The houses were as described and in pristine condition. We loved the fact that they were close together, so the late night group could stay up socializing, while the children could be put to bed without distraction. The Toddy House had a pool table which provided lots of late night entertainment. It also had a large open common area to accommodate our group, and we spent a lot of time on the screened porches. We really liked the access to the water with the dock, the canoes and kayaks, and the super cool fire ring. We are the type of family that asks a lot of questions, and Mark was quick to answer and take care of any questions or issues we had. We spent a great deal of time at Acadia, and while the drive was about 45 minutes to get there, it was not a problem at all. We would definitely return to 3Havens if we decided to take another vacation in this area. Mark and Laurie were excellent hosts.

Great location and clean. As noted in the description, the walls are thin, but we had no issues. The internet connection is spotty, in case you are planning to do some remote work, but we weren't, and had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay in Ted's place. It has amazing views and the unit is well stocked with all necessities. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

Patrick's place was exactly as described. We'll appointed. It was in a private and serene location. Views of the ocean from the deck and windows facing the ocean were spectacular! Patrick was extremely responsive from booking through departure. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone not wanting the hustle and bustle of the Bar Harbor area. Utterly enjoyed our stay💖✨️

This place is absolutely amazing. It was larger than expected. It looked smaller in the pictures. Everything in the apartment was squeaky clean and we had every single thing we needed, from pots and pans to board games. Great ocean view from the porch, the living room and from one of the bedrooms. I loved seeing the boats pass by. So peaceful! I stayed there with my elderly mom, my teenage daughter and her friend for 4 days. There was so much to do! We enjoyed both the outdoor and the indoor pool. The kids took advantage of the Health Club by playing ping pong, badminton and going to the video game room. They also spent several hours playing chess in a very nice room near the lounge area that had a gorgeous ocean view. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant in the resort and were impressed by the amazing view. Great service. We also enjoyed the long walk to the lighthouse right next to the resort, and loved going to Camden, such a charming little town, 10 minutes away. The hostess, Laurie, was very accommodating, super nice, and communicated with me frequently, making sure I had all the answers I needed. I would definitely go back there! Glad to have made such wonderful memories! We didn't want to leave!
