Monthly Rentals in Southwest Penang Island District

Had a nice stay at Steven's place. the place has been nicely renovated and has a nice vibe that feels cozy. The views from the apartment are really nice and you can enjoy both some beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Good place for people looking for long stay and get focused on work. beware though that if you come during any celebrations, the neighborhood sure loves their fireworks until late, but out of celebrations, it's peaceful :)

Hello AirBNB'ers.  I'll cut right to the chase for those of you who aren't big on reading... This is one of the top 3 vacation rentals I've had on ANY rental platform and I'll tell you why. First, it was a 3 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. Lots of space to spread out! It had all the fixings and appliances one would expect or hope for.  The ceiling fans throughout were marvels of modern engineering.  Yes, there was A/C that could be as frosty cold as you could want.  In the steamy hot tropics, we could not have asked for anything more comfortable. Just perfect in that regard. For us, the building amenities were an important selling point.  We spent so much of our free time on an expansive area that offered an entire system of swimming pools, hot tubs, water features, water falls and fountains.  Very -- and I mean VERRRYYY Resort-like.  Also on the same level, was the gym.  Very extensive... lots of equipment as well as free weights. I was often awake in the 5am hour, enjoying the quiet

im so grateful to have SK & Tang as my host and stay in their place. The location is near everything, but also not so busy, its location in higher floor and i can see through the sea and penang bridge. The view was beautiful even at night. The space is clean, and comfortable. Its provide with 2 bedrooms with aircon, and 2 bathrooms with water heaters. They provide a perfect cleaning tools.. from mop , detergent, softener, to baking soda, so it’s not hard to keep their place clean. They also provide a kitchen with basic amenities like salt, sugar, tea, and oil. And of course their kitchen tools made me feel like home. The apartment facility is superb! They have 2 swimming pools (one of them is infinity), basketball, badminton, and tennis courts, gym, and walking track. Theres also a mini market to buy basic things, and its only 4 minutes drive to queensbay, or 10 minutes to lotus. The internet was fine, they also provide Netflix account so I don’t have to use mine :) Superb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
