Our bright and airy apartment sits on the top floor of the Santa Maria Assunta building (originally constructed in 1579 and now newly renovated). Wander down through town for espressos, panini in the morning, pick up some Bergamasque salami and cheese and in the evenings sip Prosecco and look out across the terracotta rooftops.

La Villa è divisa in due appezzamenti, quello di sinistra è disposto su due piani, al piano terra troviamo la cucina compresa di tutto il necessario per cucinare, le varie spezie e lavastoviglie, il salotto con il camino che vi terrà al caldo, dal salotto si ha accesso al balcone e alla depandance che affaccia sul giardino e valle perfetta per godersi il tramonto guardando le montagne. Al primo piano troviamo le due camere da letto una matrimoniale e una con 3 letti e il bagno con vasca.

Sotto il giardino pensile c'è il parcheggio coperto (pubblico e gratuito) che si affaccia su una via chiusa molto tranquilla. Di fronte al parcheggio c'è un parco giochi per i più piccoli. Per gli sportivi il nostro territorio propone le attività di Vela, Windsurf, MTB, Canoa, Stand Up Paddle, Arrampicata Sportiva, Trekking, Volo libero, Volo a motore.

Boasting a beautiful view of the lake, the holiday home Wakesurfhouse is located in Sulzano. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue.
