Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

Exeter - Delightful private en-suite garden room 🏡

I can honestly say Leigh’s room is better equipped and thought out than most hotels in Exeter. Beautifully made comfy bed, huge moveable wall mounted TV, heater, fridge, tea/ coffee supplies. As well as hooks next to the door for outdoor clothes and a rack next to the bed for all your other clothes. The bathroom mirror opens up and inside Leigh has provided period products, body wash, extra toilet paper and shampoo. There is a big cosy blanket on the bed and a big long mirror on the adjacent wall. The entrance is separate from the rest of the home which makes it feel so private and quiet, exactly like a hotel room. Parking for 1 car on the property or any additional cars anywhere else along the road (for free!) Next time we go out we’ll definitely be checking if Leigh’s is available instead of the Premier Inn!

Janie went above and beyond to welcome me at Exeter St David’s (closest National Rail station) and orient me through the city centre to the bus stops and Lidl supermarket close to her home. Listing is accurate, bedroom and both bathrooms immaculate. Note that the shared bathrooms are exclusively for guests’ use; you are not sharing with the host. Location is serene yet urban Exeter and the rest of Devon is readily accessible. All in all, an exceptional host and destination and I would go back in a heartbeat.

I had the ensuite room at the top of the house, very nicely furnished and in good condition, bathroom was fresh and very clean. Keith was very helpful and communicative, kindly helped with bags and offered tea and use of his kitchen. Both he and Kristina were very nice. Easy to get into central Ex, very near a bus stop but also very, very quiet location. Thanks for the stay.

Great communication from booking. Sian had good recommendations for places for me to visit whilst staying in Exeter and surrounding areas. Both Sian and Terry are lovely and made me feel welcome in their home. The room had everything as described, exactly what I needed for my stay.
