The upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, and 2 dressing table/study areas + TV. On the ground floor there is a newly equipped kitchen, with induction hob, cooker, fridge,microwave, toaster etc. Lounge area has a sofa bed, TV+DVD player. Well equipped shower room. It looks out over farmland and has its own secluded and secure garden with direct access to a bridle path leading to the local facilities in Broadclyst. It sits on a quiet, tree lined,unsurfaced lane with little vehicle traffic but despite this is only 10 mins from both J29 of the M5 and the A30
