Large apartment in an old house, with wooden beams. New fixtures that isolate well from outside noise, which is not much. In fact, at night almost no cars circulate. Super equipped kitchen with everything you need and even more than what is normal in Airbnb. Salt, sugar, coffee, oil. A little vintage but clean and functional. Very comfortable bed with Memory foam mattress and pillows. Michael is very responsive and answers questions right away. Thank you. I'll be back.

A very nice and, for the price, especially large holiday apartment on a farm. A shelter for the car is available and it is estimated to be only 10 minutes to Malmedy. I can fully recommend the apartment.

The appartment was great, very spacious and new. It is very well equipped, the only thing I can think of that would be a good addition would be a hair dryer. The location is perfect, really central, but in a parallel street to the main street making it quiet. I do not remember if it is mentioned in the anouncement but there is clearly some construction going on and while it did not bother us, there was some noise in connection with this. Check in and out went very smoothly and overall I found that it was a very good value for the money. The only negative aspect I can think of is that it has no air conditioning or ventilators. We were there on a hot weekend (approx. 30 degrees) and it was quite warm.

Jean-Luc was one of the friendliest and most thoughtful hosts I've had so far. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and Spa is a nice and cozy place to stay. I am very satisfied with my stay.

We were 4 friends staying together. The listing is as described. It is clean, well-appointed and brand new. In the heart of Spa, everything is nearby, with beautiful walks. There is a cafe next door for which earplugs may be useful some evenings. I highly recommend this listing and keep it as a favorite for next time

The place is very pleasant and even better than in the photos, especially the garden. The location was excellent, close to several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The coffee machine was good. I highly recommend the place!

Everything was perfect, except the weather 😂. They left us alone and that was alright. Their Son brought us a home backed cookie and their had two nice Belgium beers selected for us. All good!

Clementine is a super host! She was always there at the right times and we got a lot of flexibility for the pool and the jacuzzi throughout the stay. The area is beautiful, just far enough from the city of Maastricht and nice and close to the tranquility and farm life.

We loved our stay at Jan's place. Spacious and well appointed, it lived up to our expectations, which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely stay with Jan when we are next in Düren.

Had a great time, enjoyed the infrared sauna, jacuzzi and dutchtub. Nice spacious house. A few small tips: not a fan of the automatic air system, it got quite hot in the house (they were also very warm days but you can not speak of air conditioning) and the extraction/air system was too loud at night. Furthermore, screens would be really nice, so you can enjoy the fresh healthy outdoor air without the bugs ;)

We made a two-day stopover at Jörn's on the way home. The apartment is very well equipped, has more of a hotel character (coffee bar, bathrobes, shower gel). The location is quiet, we slept well. The "breakfast bar" mentioned in other reviews was enough for us, but we also had great weather, so we sat outside in the evening. The whirlpool was particularly cool. Jörn was a great, always available host. All in all, a great location for a short break.

The apartment is in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the bus station. Lots to see and do for everyone. Nice and quiet and a very short walk to the hustle and bustle.

It was a wonderful stay in Malmedy. Extremely beautiful apartment with everything you need in it. We enjoyed the view. We will definitely come back!
