Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.

Immerse yourself in the unusual world of our pine cone, a cozy cocoon for two, built entirely of wood where you won't miss anything, except maybe an extra night! The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the village of Cornesse while enjoying incredible views of the valley and a shared vegetable garden. Relax in the private sauna after your hikes or nature activities. Breakfast at a price of 40 EUR/2 people, to be booked 5 days before your arrival.

Le Vert Paysage (adults-only)

THE JACUZZI IS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside this period, the jacuzzi is winterized and cannot be used, even upon request. Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a cottage combining charm and modernity, located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, close to the town of Malmedy. It's the perfect place for an exotic and relaxing stay in the countryside. We hope our guests will feel at home and enjoy all that our beautiful region has to offer.

Gîte de Bronromme, charming 5 bedroom villa

This spacious villa (250 m2) is located in an idyllic and quiet location. Its large bright living room, welcoming kitchen and cozy living room are complemented by 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will enjoy a large garden with breathtaking views. You will stay 300 m from the Domaine de Bronromme while being close to Spa, Francorchamps, Coo, Remouchamps... Nearby, many tourist attractions and opportunities for walking or mountain biking await you!

La Maison de Fred

La Maison de Fred is a beautiful accommodation for 4 people, cozy, where you will find everything you need to feel good. With its easy and private parking, a terrace overlooking large expanses of land bordered by forests, everything is planned to have a good time, in summer and in the heart of winter. Not far from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Hautes Fagnes and the American Monument of Baugnez, there is plenty to do for many days.

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The 42 has just been completely renovated. It is a ground floor apartment, located next to the Ravel, a 5-minute walk to the city center, a 10-minute drive to Francorchamps. Guests can enjoy the thermal baths, take long walks in the woods, discover the area by bike. A garage for small cars is at your disposal, otherwise you can park your car for free nearby.

Charming old farmhouse in a quiet area with views of the Bellevaux valley. House ideally located close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes plateau in the heart of nature. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

Large equipped kitchen, cozy and spacious living room. 2 bedrooms with king size beds and shower area + 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathtub. One of the large bedrooms has air conditioning. For other rooms, fans are available on hot days.
