THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED ABOUT 300 METERS FROM THE MAIN STREET OF ISCHIA WHERE THERE ARE ALL TYPES OF STORES, CLUBS, BARS, RESTAURANTS, PIZZA RESTAURANTS, CLUBS, TENNIS DIVING TENNIS, SPA ETC. Erika’s place was everything we hoped for and more. She picked us up from our ferry with a warm welcome and brought us to the property. The apartment and location were perfection. With two exits, one on the ocean side and one on the town side it was so easy to get to where we needed to be. The property was spotless and amenities worked perfectly. I can go on and on about how great of a time we had. She even checked in on us making sure we were good and even brought us more water. I’d for sure book again with Erika in the future!

Beautiful location by Spaggia dei Pescatori in Ischia. Viviana was responsive and helpful and her place was clean, large and nice. The bathroom is quite short and the shower may be tricky for someone over 6’.

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the location was great. It was easy to get taxis for longer trips but we mostly walked to places. the house was clean and just like the pictures. we would definitely recommend this property!
