If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

Gorgeous summer house for any family. spacious garden and outdoor area. beautiful different chill areas with plenty of shadow during the peak hours of sun. everything exactly as advertised. pictures are not just some fancy agency pictures but rather a 100% reflection of what the house and property look like. equipped with everything one may need during holidays. very clean and nothing outwork. beach can be reached within 15-20min by walk or 3min by car (car is recommended due to the heat). Eligio and his family are outstanding hosts that were available at all times. great recommendations from Eligio for restaurants. We highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed with my family for a couple of weeks in August. Dory's house is delightful and has all the essentials you need for a vacation. The Moccia family proved to be perfect hosts, always available and kind and never intrusive, despite living in the same property. The sea is a stone's throw away and is wonderful. The nearest beach is quite rocky but just take two more steps to find it sandy. Nearby there is a small market for everyday needs but a few km away you can reach Maruggio, where you can buy everything you need. For us it was a beautiful vacation and we hope to return! Highly recommended!!
