This beautiful city villa from 1850 is located on the Beestenmarkt in Goes, 2 minutes from the Grote Markt, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Zeeland, known for its sea and beach, picturesque towns, beautiful views, culinary highlights and many hours of sunshine. The house was completely modernized in 2021 and equipped with every comfort. This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.
