Apartment 1

Spacious and sunny 5-person apartment with private sitting area in the garden. The location is the ideal base for summer and winter vacations, at the foot of the Molltaler Glacier, and close to all outdoor facilities such as the Moll River and the Raggaschlucht. The modern apartment house contains 6 fully furnished apartments with a total of 28 beds. There is a storage room for skis with boot heating and a service room for ski maintenance. The free ski bus is a 150-meter walk away.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Free parking, 3 balconies, lake nearby

Each of our spacious apartments has at least one balcony and invites you to enjoy the afternoon sun. With a size between approx. 40 to 56 square meters, there is enough space for hikers, couples or families with children. They are all rustically and comfortably furnished and offer everything you need. The apartments are equipped with dishes, bed linens and towels, as well as a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available for all apartments. So, working from home is not an obstacle!

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Vacation home Moidl & Lenz

Our place is located in the middle of the impressive Hohe Tauern and is surrounded by a breathtaking mountain landscape. There are many opportunities for leisure activities, including fantastic hiking trails, bike tours along the Mölltal or to East Tyrol, and challenging mountain bike routes through steep mountains. From Heiligenblut (12 km) begins the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, which with the Franz-Josef-Höhe allows a direct view of the Grossglockner.

Old electricity house converted into a beautiful, small cottage in a beautiful, quiet place and yet within walking distance to a supermarket or a beautiful outdoor pool with beautiful lounge areas. Also good for the little ones and super centrally located. The surrounding villages offer different types of activities, from cozy mountain huts, outdoor activities, mountain tours, rafting, bike rentals and of course the beautiful lakes of Carinthia!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Unique alpine house at 1600 meters overlooking the Carnic Alps. On a paved road you can easily reach the cozy alpine house in summer and winter. The hut is an ideal starting point for easy, medium or even demanding mountain tours. A nearby alpine inn is open year-round and is a good alternative to cooking yourself if needed. The hut is equipped with 6 beds in 3 rooms and a toilet, bathroom with tub and a kitchen with wood & gas stove.
