I found Lulu to be super helpful and responsive particularly as I booked this place for my mum to stay for a couple of nights. This is what she had to say about Lumin lodge: "The lodge was small but perfectly formed, and had a really lovely atmosphere. The little garden was an added bonus. It would have been great to have had a small fridge, as I was there for 2 nights, but I came prepared with a well-iced cooler for my milk, juice etc and that worked perfectly well. The parking space was perfect. I loved being able to walk just down the road and into Catton Park - that was a joy."

Lovely little bungalow, very private. Great for dog walks, one brilliant field over the road which was great I was very comfortable and i had everything i needed. I will be booking again as it was convenient for food shopping, getting into Norfolk to explore, as well as dog walks and i felt safe and secure being on my own. We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline’s modern home! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had such a warm, homely feel that immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It was exactly what me and my partner needed for a peaceful getaway. The blend of modern touches with cozy comforts made it a truly special experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend!

The first and greatest thing about this place is Edward, our host. The level of open communication and kindness given to us helped make planning the long weekend so much easier and stress-free. We had some complications on our side, but by being open and honest with Edward well-enough in advance, we were able to discuss a solution that respected everybody involved. I met him in person on our day of arrival and had a lovely catch-up. Edward, I'll keep thanking you again for everything you did for us. The place itself was perfect for us. Admittedly we spent most of our long weekend out-and-about, but having this as a base-camp was a comfort. It was a very warm weekend, but everyone agrees it was cool and comfortable enough to sleep in. The plentiful amenities were greatly appreciated, including the coffee kit, and everywhere felt spacious enough that no room felt too small for our whole group. We're all very happy.
