Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Casa Gelsomino - Artemisia Homes

The flat is a three-room flat in the historic centre of Spongano, 5 km from Castro Marina. Situated on the ground floor of a historic residence, to access it we pass through the iron gate and find ourselves in an internal courtyard shared with two other units, one on the side and the other on the upper floor. In the courtyard there is also the laundry area, also shared with the other guests.

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
