Pur essendo distante dal mare " Insenatura Acquaviva" circa cinquanta metri, è completamente immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea. Oltre a un grande terrazzo coperto con frangisole, dispone di un giardino circostante per un riposo pomeridiano all'ombra di un pino e altri alberi tipici del posto. Si può disporre del lastricato solare ove ammirare l'infinito del mare e la lunga estensione della costa.

The flat is a three-room flat in the historic centre of Spongano, 5 km from Castro Marina. Situated on the ground floor of a historic residence, to access it we pass through the iron gate and find ourselves in an internal courtyard shared with two other units, one on the side and the other on the upper floor. In the courtyard there is also the laundry area, also shared with the other guests.

The house offers a spacious kitchen, one bedroom (note the bed size is approx 145 cm x 190 cm) and served by a small toilet, a living room with sofa and TV, and the main bathroom with shower. The patio is of exclusive use.
