Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.

I had an excellent stay with Razon at Welcome Home - room 5. The location was perfect for what I was doing - very convenient to Lake Anna and I-95. The house is located near the end of a peaceful dead-end street, with wooded walking paths and friendly neighbors. It was spotless clean on arrival and well equipped. Razon was very responsive and helpful. I would stay at this location again. I highly recommend!

Kathy & Jason are wonderful hosts! In no particular order: Their guest suite is warm and inviting. I love the beach themed decor! Every room is sparkling clean. The walk-in bedroom closet is a great feature!! This guest suite also includes a lovely, cozy patio outside where you can relax at the beginning or end of the day. The neighborhood is quiet. Most points of interest in Stafford are a short car ride away. Kathy & Jason also included a booklet highlighting points of interest in town, great recommendations for local restaurants, etc. I will definitely book with Kathy & Jason the next time I am in town!

Definitely book please if you are in the Stafford Virginia area as soon as you walk in you feel at home and you feel a piece of tranquility not only is Michael and Ryan amazing and the cats are amazing as well with all their different personalities. Miles is our buddy for sure, and you can’t go wrong with the vibes if you know what I mean. Bed is extremely comfortable and bathroom, spotless and definitely a peaceful environment and community. Thank you, Michael and Ryan so much. We really appreciate you.

Stayed for 17 days to take an accelerated class. Enjoyed my stay with Tarah. Room was bigger than expected as well as bathroom! Bed was cozy, and was very peaceful so I was able to study. Would definitely stay here again if I need to.

Beautiful and comfy room and great location, 20 minutes walk to train station, less an hour train ride north to explore DC. In this historic old town has lots of old churches, gallery, restaurants and souvenir shops. River front park and the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail is a 1.6 mile asphalt stretch that connects the two parts of the Canal Path making a 3.1 mile loop. 5 minutes walk to Explore the Fredericksburg Battlefield. Lady is very general share her big kitchen with guest, I definitely want to stay here again to explore Fredrick’s burg old town more.
