The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. Also with a three night stay we will drop you off or pick you up using your canoes or kayaks. Pictures are current.

Very comfortable cabin with everything you need, includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave and cook plate and all the utensils, dishes, and silverware. The bathhouse is large with a sink, shower/bathtub, and toilet. It has electricity, hot water with a locking door for privacy. It is only steps away from the cabin. Highly recommended for a unique, quiet get away.

Within 30 min of Frankfort/Lk Michigan, Traverse City, and beautiful Beulah/Crystal Lake, Lakes & the Betsie River surround the area, making fishing and boating easily accessible. The BRLC is a nonsmoking property with a full house generator and baby gear. There is a 30.00 per dog fee.

The ORV trail for snowmobiling starts at the end of the driveway and the Manistee River is 3 minutes away where you can enjoy all of nature by canoe, kayak (4 provided) or boat.

This Chalet Cabin A-frame in the woods features 3 bedrooms and comforts for four season stay. The kitchen has open concept to spacious living room with natural fire place. Two full baths, first floor laundry, outdoor deck and firepit. Ride directly to snowmobile trails, 25-30 min ski at Caberfae & Crystal Mountain, mountain biking, road cycling to Traverse City. Hiking, canoeing/kayaking and ATV/UTV. ** Pets are 45 dollars per pet for the entire stay.

The Boonie House

Cabin nestled on 2 secluded acres bordering The Manistee National Forest. 3 Bedroom, 2 baths over 1800 square feet with sleeping room for 12. Unfinished basement has King size bed and plenty of storage space for your gear. Ample parking for guests to include boat or snow mobile trailers. The Boonie House is pet friendly with approval for up to two medium size house trained dogs with a $50 per pet nonrefundable fee.
