Cabin/Tiny Home. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

This is a comfortable & spacious basement apartment that has a living/dining room with a fully stocked kitchen on the ground floor & 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom up a 1/2 flight of stairs. Guests have a separate entrance down a slight incline from parking area. Private patio is perfect to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or just relax. We are unable to accept children under 4. Up to 2 medium sized dogs are welcome for a fee. No cats. Airbnb account holder must be onsite during entire stay.

The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

Our tiny house is located on our 2 acre homestead, where we garden and raise chickens, ducks, heritage rabbits & Nigerian dwarf goats. Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.
