Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Srima

We had a wonderful stay at Branka’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt so welcoming. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings, and everything was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better — tucked away just enough from the main streets to be peaceful, but only a few minutes’ walk to the centre, restaurants, and the waterfront. Check-in was really easy and flexible, and Branka was kind, responsive, and so accommodating. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Split!

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

The place was a perfect paradise for the 10 of us. Children (3) 7-10 years old, parents and grandparents, everyone enjoyed themselves. The pictures of the place correspond to reality and it is simply so lovely and clean. Ana really takes care of her guests, there is no better host than Ana and her husband. We can warmly recommend this place.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Great location- easy walk to Marjan park, ferry/train/bus stations, Old town, grocery stores, restaurants. Clean and well equipped, quiet at night. Nice to have an outdoor space. Recommend as a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had the most wonderful week at Tina’s house. The house, pool and all outside spaces were well kept and everywhere was very clean. The house had all the facilities you needed for a very relaxing and easy holiday and the air-con was fantastic given the hot weather. We found the location excellent with several restaurants and a yummy ice cream place all within easy walking distance. Tina was very helpful and responsive to any messages and we’d love to be back next year!

Very warm welcome from Brigitta and Antun. We were spoiled with coffee and muffins in the beautiful shady courtyard, which we were also allowed to use for breakfast. Uncomplicated contact, Brigitta speaks German. Beautiful cool apartment, sparkling clean bathroom. Within walking distance of the old town of Trogir and yet in a quiet location. Simple bathing facilities nearby, if you want to go swimming quickly. Very nice beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Jelena is an excellent host. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my two daughters in their twenties. So peaceful with so many beautiful and walkable beaches and restaurants. Had a fab time ❤️

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

We loved our short stay here. Katarina met us when we arrived even tho it was quite late. lovely apartment, very peaceful and beautiful view and surroundings. Just a short walk down to Trogir old town. Highly recommend this place.

Staying at Linda’s apartment in Split was an absolute delight. The apartment looked exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures—spacious, spotlessly clean, and stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. Everything we could have needed was there, and we felt immediately at home. The location couldn’t have been better: just steps away from all the main sights and attractions of the city. The airport pickup went smoothly, and Baldo was incredibly kind and helpful. He shared amazing recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems around Split, which made our stay even more special. Truly, everything was perfect—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us, Linda. We would love to come back and stay in this beautiful apartment again on our next visit to Split!

We had a wonderful stay at Arijeta’s place. Her place was exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. She even included some extras like wine and delicious cookies. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure and nice hot water. We loved sitting outside in the gazebo, even when the weather wasn’t the best it was still warm and cozy, a great spot to sit outside and read. We would definitely recommend Arijeta’s place. The location is fabulous for walking,and having a parking space was an added bonus.

Spent the last weekend in May 2025 at Villa Indigo with my family. The villa was beautiful and the hosts attention to detail was impeccable. Highly recommend this villa, host and agency, you won’t be disappointed

Beautiful home with amazing views. Pero - the owner was very responsive and communicated everything. Each bedroom has a beautiful view. Kictchen had all amenities. The pool and hot hub was clean. Highly recommend. Will definitely visit in future trips.

We absolutely had an amazing time at the villa. Anita and her family was very very sweet they picked us from middle as our uber dropped us , the house was super clean , they also welcomed us with local alcohol they produce. Very very responsive about everything like recommendations and helps. Fully recommend them if you want to enjoy a villa with pool, jacuzzi and BBQ and also want a peaceful time away from hustle bustle.

We had a great time staying in this villa as a family of four. The whole property was as beautiful, modern, and clean as shown on the pictures. Highly recommended. The host, Blaž, was super responsive, nice, and caring. He even offered us great wine, olive oil and allowed us to pick fresh fruits and vegetables from the adjacent family fields. He was always available and extremely helpful with any question we had.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Wow, Doris’s beautiful accommodation was quite literally the best we have ever stayed in! The place is absolutely stunning, the pool magical, and the views outstanding. The gardens and plants were amazing too, its own botanical gardens! Doris was so very welcoming and we felt at home straight away. We loved the place so much we almost didn’t want to explore the area. However, the beach is only 5 minutes away and is beautiful and a few restaurants / cafes and a supermarket too. There was also the opportunity to book boat trips and jet skis from the beach area. Trogir is only a short drive away and we thought it was like a mini Dubrovnik, very pretty and a good place to take in the sunset while having a drink on the front with all the boats. Krka national park and Split aren’t too far either. We have come away feeling so relaxed and it provided us the most amazing opportunity to share special memories with the family! Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!
