House holiday rentals in St. Augustine Beach

My husband and I brought our two kids with their friends to the beach and stayed at Derek’s Airbnb. It worked out perfectly for us. It had everything we needed. It was clean, it was a short walk to the beach, and it entertained them after a beach day. Derek was quick to respond to any questions that I had for him. Directions to the Airbnb and how to get in was an easy process. I would definitely come back to Derek’s Airbnb. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house just a block from the ocean! The location is unbeatable—so close to the beach, yet quiet and relaxing. The private pool was a huge hit with our group, and the home offered tons of amenities that made our trip comfortable and fun. The house was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family getaway or a group trip. We especially appreciated the little extras that made it feel like home. That said, there were a couple of small misses that are worth noting. The flooring could have been cleaner—it left our feet quite dirty after walking barefoot, which was surprising for such a nice property. Also, we would have appreciated having enough bedding for all the beds, as we had to improvise a bit. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely return with just a few improvements. The location, pool, and amenities definitely outweigh the minor issues!

Highly recommend!! Me and my 6 friends came here for my bachelorette trip and the house/location was PERFECT! The views were beautiful and the walk downtown was so quick and easy (even in the heat). Michael was so responsive to all of our messages. The pool was so relaxing and so was the sidewalk out by the lake. The room situation worked so well for us! We will definitely be staying here again!

Could not recommend this home more. I didn’t want to leave! Extremely clean, didn’t notice even a smudge. Communication was excellent from the host. So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

This beach house was perfect for our getaway! It's in a prime location-just a short walk to the beach and some great local restaurants. We loved how convenient everything was. The backyard was definitely the highlight: a private pool, a super fun tiki bar, and even a TV so the guys could hang out and watch the game while relaxing outside. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sadie was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thanks Sadie for all the restaurant recommendations! We didn't want to leave and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and quiet place to hang out for a few days, just minutes from the beach. Close to delicious restaurants. Maya's place was very clean. I recommend it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

This home is so close to beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The home was relaxing and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

My family had a wonderful stay for our first time in the area. Most of our time at home was spent watching wildlife from the large porches in the mornings and evenings. We flew in with only carry-ons so the beach chairs, beach bag, towels, water toys were a huge bonus. The house truly has everything you need and a gorgeous view. We had two teenage boys who were in awe of the inlet area watching high/low tide changes and checking out the river wildlife with kayaks - it's a very special place.

We had such an amazing weekend staying at the May St house in Saint Augustine!Damon was an absolutely wonderful host, and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns we had regarding the house. The location is perfect and in a safe part of town, and it’s only about a mile away from downtown Saint Augustine and is a quick drive to Vilano beach. I feel like you get so many amazing amenities at a wonderful price point. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Communication was great throughout, location was amazing, and sunrises from the living room/porch/master bedroom were beautiful. Stocked with games and toys for the kids. We spent our mornings on the beach and when the tide came up we went to the pool. We were originally worried about the rocks on the beach but it turned out to be perfect - our kids loved finding crabs and snails in the rocks.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and spotless inside. We wanted to do a ‘staycation’ for our vow renewal and this was the perfect spot. The house is 3 stories so there is plenty of space! Our kids loved the air hockey table and direct access to the beach. The ocean views are incredible - 10/10 would recommend!

Our family gathering was great. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and the space. The privacy of having two separate Spaces within one was also a plus with the two kitchens. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would highly recommend this property as a great getaway.

We had a fantastic and relaxing week staying here. The beach is gorgeous and private. The place was clean, comfortable and had all we needed to cook, relax and spend time with friends and family. Definitely would book here again.

The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It’s tucked just outside the hustle and bustle, offering peace and quiet, but still close enough to walk into town easily. My place had everything I needed, with plenty of amenities and conveniences that made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely view over the marina—perfect to wake up to or unwind with in the evening. I’d happily stay here again!

Oh man where do I start. The place was impeccable and looked just like the pictures. It was super cute with lots of amenities. I felt like it was a hidden gem.

We had an amazing stay at this home in St. Augustine! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with appliances, spices, and utensils that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a true highlight—like having our own private paradise. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. Listing was exactly as described and our dogs loved having the backyard. Outdoor shower was great for cleaning off us, the dogs, and chairs after the beach. Loved the board games! Only complaints, the grass seeds were blooming so they got stuck to the dogs if they went behind the shed and the floor needed a good vacuum before we got there. Super close drive to beach and not far from restaurants and downtown!

EXCELLENT FOR LARGE FAMILY This place is better than advertised! This house has a beach view from the whole house. The kitchen big, wide open and updated . The home was very clean, with a lot of extras. We really enjoyed the beach and just a 15 min drive to St. Augustine There is a big game room on the first floor that the kids really enjoyed. This home is perfectly clean, stylish, and extremely convenient to the beach. Megan took good care of us! Good restaurants close by and the beach is wonderful. We will stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.
