Holiday rentals with a pool in St. Augustine Beach

Loved everything about this space from the beautiful home to the decor to the actual items in the home to make you feel right at home! We had everything we needed and more! No complaints, 100% will stay here again!

Great and wonderful beach house ! Very comfortable has all you need for a Great vacation with the family and friends! Definitely returning!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

We just completed a 3-generation family vacation at this gorgeous house. We loved having our own king-sized beds (2 dads over 6’2”) and our own bathrooms, plus the fun bunk room for the kiddos. We had kids from 11 months to 11 years and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and play room. The walkability to the beach and all of the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were an added bonus! The parents of our 11-month-old, who had arrived via airplane, were thrilled to have a port-a-crib and child’s booster seat for meals. As the grandparents of the group, my husband and I appreciated having the elevator. We will be telling others about this outstanding rental.

We had a fantastic time at 17 Palms Beach House. The house was even better than the pictures showed. It was clean and comfortable with a kitchen that had everything needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens ultra soft. Even the pillows were perfect. The pool was a big hit with everyone with all the toys and beach towels one could wish for. The beach was an easy walk right down the road. We had a couple of questions and Lyndsey answered quickly and was so nice. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Stay was very relaxing easy access to the beach close proximity to all amenities! would recommend.

Rae's place is amazing. Exactly as listed. Location could not be ANY better...right on the sand and perfect distance to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Beautiful beach view with direct access. Very clean & quiet retreat. We enjoyed our stay with our teenage daughter and niece. Will consider staying there again!

Prefect beach condo! Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach for a couple days. Hosts were lovely and wonderful communicators.

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

This is the perfect location for your trip. Beautiful and quiet beach right next to the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only 15-20 min from downtown and a very easy drive. The condo is great and has everything you need. Would 1000% stay again

Great stay at Joe’s place. The view is spectacular. The unit had everything needed for fun beach days. Clean and relaxing space. Super convenient beach access and close to the pool. Joe was a responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.

Lereé was a fantastic host and always very responsive. The oceanfront balcony was the star of the show! It was extremely spacious and had plenty of seating. I have stayed in in many different places on the beach in St. Augustine over the last 40 years and this one made top of the list!
