My boyfriend and I had a great stay! The place was spotless, in a great location, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was fast, clear, and super helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a little pricey for two nights but the location and the view made up for the cost. It was a holiday weekend also.

Jonathan’s place was walking distance from the beach and located in a great community. Additionally, Jonathan was very communicative and responsive. He also provided a guide of local recommendations, which was super helpful in planning the trip!

I got my parents 5 nights here as their Christmas gift and they loved it! Great location! Super cute place with great pool and beach access!

We enjoyed our stay! Location was in walking distance to many things including a trolly stop which was a great feature! Would stay here again.

Perfect location to start our St. Augustine adventures. Located in the heart of the historic downtown we were just a few feet away from all you want to see in this incredible city. The historic building was beautiful. The access was easy after we were finally able to check in, not one minute before four. Parking was offsite a short walk. We were not allowed to park 25 minutes early to gather our belongings for the room. The condo was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. It would definitely be great for a longer stay.

Our family really enjoyed Elena's condo at the beach. The apartment was very nicely updated with a very well stocked kitchen to cook meals. The furniture was comfortable and everything was very clean. It was nice to have a view of the pool and it was a short walk to the beach or the pool that was covered on a rainy day. The apartment had everything you could need and even some nice snacks. Elena even had a little beach bucket with beach goodies for our twin granddaughters. The closet with beach toys and chairs really had everything you could want for use on the beach. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and very well maintained. We watched the staff clean the pool every morning. You can tell when a host cares about their guests comfort and this one does!

I only wish there was one more star for “perfect”. We didn’t have to contact Brenda at all for our entire 5 night stay. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly before we got there and our entire stay was perfect from start to finish. The condo was spotless and amenities were wonderful. Thank you Brenda, for helping to make our vacation memorable.

Apartment C was perfect for grandma, grandpa, kids and grandchildren. Size, amenities, and location couldn't be better. Restaurants and beach right around the corner. Wendy and team were very friendly and responded within minutes. Thank you, especially for early check-in. We hope to come back next year.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, a small piece of paradise. Everything was within walking distance, local neighbors were friendly, and the home was exactly what we were expecting.

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

Beautiful space, views and location! This unit was so clean and stayed cool in the heat of the day. The attention to detail, decor and stocked kitchenette was wonderful! As a fellow super host, I was very impressed. Hope to come back soon!

We love St Augustine and Spanish Trace is our favorite location due to its proximity to the ocean and downtown. Now, we’ve found our favorite condo! Beautifully decorated - clean - with lots of little extras to make it feel comfortable and like home!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The condo was as described and matched the pictures. The hosts provided a new roll of paper towels, soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washer tablets. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking utensils you’d need. The hosts kindly provided a selection of K-Cup coffees, creamer, and a selection of teas. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I slept well every night. The condo complex has it its own gated access to the beach. And as a mostly private beach, it was never crowded. You can walk for miles in both directions. It’s also close the St. Augustine public beach and pier. The hosts recommendations for restaurants were spot on. And they proactively checked in to make sure the stay was going well. I highly recommend this condo!

We love vacationing in St. Augustine Beach and Michael’s place did not disappoint. Great location to beach and awesome pool. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Christie’s place was absolutely perfect — we’re already looking forward to our next stay! The layout is thoughtful and spacious, the home is incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Highly recommended!

Perfect condo for our family.

Great get-away for our 52 anniversary. Beach was beautiful so different than coastline in Daytona. Unit has everything you need dont need to bring anything but clothing. We had breakfast and lunch in and ventured out to lots restaurants being recommended. Thanks for a wonderful time.

This place is special, the condo is so perfect to lounge in, comfy furniture, nice tv, big master. We took our boys, 4 and 1, they loved the pool and the beach. The beach is surprisingly nice for being on the Atlantic, almost like a gulf beach. Restaurants are great and less than a mile away. Kevin and Mandy have everything you need to come and have fun, very responsive to any question. Definitely coming back!!

This was our first time to St. Augustine and the Atlantic Ocean. We have always vacationed in the Orange Beach/ Perdido Key Area. We have been missing out for sure! I want to thank the owners Brendan and Jessica for opening up there place for others to enjoy. All the little perks and touches made our stay great! We enjoyed the coffee bar (my husband especially), the beach closet with all the needed accessories was so nice and the master bed was the most comfortable!!! ( I need to know what kind of mattress that is, time to replace mine!). The complex was so quiet, clean and the beach was very easy to get to. I could go on and on. We will be back and thank you again!

I chose this location because of the natural beach and it was beautiful! We weren’t able to get in the water because of the underwater rocks, but just a mile north the beach didn’t have rocks, so I went there when I wanted to play in the water. The natural rocks on the beach allowed some amazing shells to get caught on the beach so it is a wonderful place for shelling! The condo was super comfortable and the balcony was awesome and huge! Also loved the huge walk in shower! It was a wonderful trip and I walked miles and miles up the beaches.
