Kid-friendly holiday rentals in St. Cloud

Beatriz was an amazing host very accommodating and responsive. The house was exactly as pictured clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My family and I especially enjoyed the pool, and the neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, with everything just a 10-minute drive away. I truly appreciated Beatriz’s kindness and prompt communication throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would love to stay here again when visiting family. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Honestly such a cute little place, ended up staying another night. They were super responsive. Felt very valued any time I had a little issue they were immediately there to correct and fix. Not a lot of issues just when stayed longer the code to front had to be changed to let me in and they had me in within 7 minutes which never wouldn’t happen at hotel. Will rent again when come to visit family for sure, the bed was so COMFY to and the shower just great value and wonderful host.

Very clean. Very quiet Only cons were : not enough washcloths. Bathroom outlets and 1 in kitchen did not work….unless there is a trick to it. Hot water took a while to get warm. Floors in bathroom are slick upon exiting the showers.

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

Our stay was fantastic had everything you need and more! Beautiful home smelled clean and was clean the pool is equipped with floats for all ages including toddler safety vest. The owner was amazing very nice very responsive. We will definitely be back for another staycations thank you so much Gladys for your awesome hospitality my daughter had an amazing time!

This place was great. TONS of toys for our kids and it was clean. The floors were pretty dirty though. My feet were black when going to bed. But other than that, the place was great.

Cathy’s place was easy to find, right on the lake. She was easy to communicate with. She had clear instructions how to get in and when we arrived they were there to welcome my parents and even offered to help. Told my parents if they needed anything they could knock on the door of the main house. The little cottage was right on Alligator Lake and they had tables and chairs outside to overlook the lake. It was a wonderful place to stay.

House was larger than expected. Plenty of room and social space. Great access to everything, but super peaceful and quiet.

Excellent hosts. The home is very peaceful and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended

Nice and clean place would book again

The place was exactly as described, very beautiful and well decorated.

This place is such a great little getaway, the lake out back makes for a beautiful view. They give you a shaded area to park your car, and a cute welcoming once you get inside the home. Alex and Leticia were more than helpful, they responded quickly always. I would definitely recommend and be back here!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. Although it was a short, 4 night trip, we felt right at home for the entirety of it! We were even welcomed with fresh lit candles to top it off. Throughout our stay the host had great communication and really outdid our expectations when he offered to start us a fire outside to enjoy the evening. The place was spotless and the bed was so so comfy! We look forward to staying here in the future!

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Easy to get a hold of

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

It was clean, looked like the pictures, responsive host. Would stay again.

Great property in Storey Lake. High end furniture and great lighting. We enjoyed the smaller pool close to the condo and our girls loved the Mickey room! Back porch seemed to always have a breeze in the evening with great views of sunset.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
