The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

We just stayed for 7 nights as a place for the whole family to meet up with two toddlers and three couples. The place was absolutely perfect, super clean and really well equipped - the hosts have though of everything we might need. There is so much space and the addition of the extra living room uostairs was really useful. Nice private balconies. The hosts were really caring, informative and responsive. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Great place to stay. Very short walk to the pool, across a very quiete car park. The beach is a walk away, just down a hill cross one road and you are there, nearly a stones throw. Kayaking, body boarding, stand up paddle boards for hire, all there.

We didn't spend alot of time there, due to the activities we had planned, but very comfortable and accommodating. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated, modern home. The interior design is stylish and welcoming, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and cafés. Having private parking was a big plus, especially in such a popular area. And the sea view? Absolutely stunning. We never got tired of it! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

The Tiny House (actually called Lavender's Blue on the house name plate) is a cosy, well-equipped, two-storey apartment built onto the side of Susan's home. It is in a quiet residential area about 5 minutes from Penmere station and similar distance to local bus-stops. It is a 10 minute walk to town and beaches, all downhill. Longer coming back up hill or get a bus; no. 67 was a good one for Swanpool beach and the town. The apartment is finished to a very high spec with bespoke oak wood work surfaces and a double Belfast sink. The kitchen had everything you might need including tea, coffee and milk, which was appreciated. In case you need it, there was no freezer or freezer compartment in fridge. The bathroom had a lovely waterfall shower and cruelty-free toiletries (big tick). Some water did spill onto the floor, however, as there is no shower door. The bed was very comfy. We loved our stay here and would thoroughly recommend staying here when visiting Falmouth.

Seadrift is a perfect place to stay to visit Falmouth and the surrounding villages. Two mins from the sea.The house is very well equipped with everything you can think of to make a family stay perfect. Everything was easy to use. We all enjoyed relaxing in the living area with the huge sofa and log burner. Cooking and entertaining was made very simple with all the kitchen equipment in the state of the art kitchen. We all had our own beautiful bathroom, and spacious comfortable bedroom. Fabulous storage for our walking shoes backpacks and holiday clothes. We loved the books in the study area and living room and there is plenty of info about local attractions. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. We will come again

A beautiful place with stunning a sea view. Felt like home away from home. Super clean place with stylish furniture and fresh linen and towels. Jennifer the host was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions asap. We already have recommended this place to our friends and will be staying there again when we come back to Cornwall. If we could give it six stars we would.

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home and it also felt so private. Just what we needed for our break away! Great amenities and the local area was gorgeous, we spent the week doing some gorgeous coastal walks and relaxing! Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Big Barn for three nights and had an incredible time. The accommodation was incredibly clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Harriet and Sylvain also provided us with some fresh local bread, eggs and milk to settle us in, and left us some handpicked strawberries on the porch which was a lovely surprise! The barn was quiet and private and was just a short walk to Porthcurno Beach and the Minack Theatre. We'd definitely love to stay again!

We loved this beautiful Croft house with beautiful views, amazing terrace and gardens on the edge of the sea. We could go to the sea from the house however it was a little of a climb on massive rocks which wasn’t suitable for children but the beach was accessible via stairs just short walk away. The kitchen was our favourite as it has everything we possibly needed! Would definitely recommend to stay as it was a truly magnificent house!

Wow! What an amazing place this is. The house is fabulous, roomy, spotlessly clean, all the amenities required, comfy beds, beautiful private garden, perfect for relaxing with a book and a cuppa.The location is the best, a short walk to the beach, the pavilion, parks, restaurants and shops. There is nothing to dislike about Mary Lou's beautiful house.

Great little place in an unspoilt fishing village. We loved Mousehole. Pros Felt at home. Super comfy beds, great linen & soft towels. We all slept extremely well. Some beautiful lounge chairs. We loved the leather chair in the lounge. Perfect for a morning coffee and the papers! Peaceful and great views of St Michael’s Mount etc. Cons Not many. Very uncomfortable sofa. Few chipped plates Not related to the house but Mousehole. The parking was very tricky. To the point we were unable to park on 2 occasions and my partner had to park quite far out of the village and walk home in the rain very late at night. It’s something to bear in mind. We wish we just got the local bus or taxis everywhere.

Elliot and Becca's place is fantastic. It is really well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with separate cozy sitting rooms. Check in with a key in a lock box was easy, and the hosts were flexible about our late arrival. We had a super time and would love to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The house and its surroundings were exactly as described – it really does have the feel of a luxury hotel, but with the warmth and space of a home. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and welcoming. The views are stunning, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away – perfect for our 4.5-year-old to walk to. Town is also just a short five-minute stroll away. We’d also highly recommend Highlanes Fish & Chips – only a five-minute drive and well worth it. All in all, a lovely stay. Clean, spacious, fantastic views, and a brilliant location.

Absolutely stunning home that was relaxing and the shower to die for let alone the huge bath. Very peaceful place and felt immediately relaxed. Was welcomed with a beautiful farm basket of goodies and a voucher for the wonderful StarGazy cafe a stones throw away. Could not have been happier. Thoroughly recommend

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

Della went out of her way to respond to any queries and put us at our ease right away. The accommodation suited us perfectly and Della made sure that the dogs were welcome and provided covers for the sofa and bed in case they decided to sleep there instead of on the floor on their beds. Everything has been well thought out and there was nothing missing even down to spare beach towels, bath robes, Foxes chocolate biscuits and posh crisps! I am sure that if there had been something we wanted, Della would have made sure it was there for us! We have family in Falmouth and if we can’t stay with them, I know we shall be back!
