The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. The apartment is divided into 2 accommodations each closing with their key The entrance to the apartment is common to both accommodations. Guest accommodation with an Eiffel Tower view is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.

A terrace in Montmartre

My guest room is located in the lively Montmartre, the one with cafes, trendy restaurants, designer shops. In my 105 m2 apartment, which you can fully enjoy, you will have a very large 25 m2 bedroom with its own bathroom (walk-in shower AND island bathtub), separate toilet as well as a dressing room and an office area. A Nespresso machine is also waiting for you! A beautiful terrace is accessible when the weather is nice!

The kitchen is accessible to reheat a dish in the microwave or store food in the fridge. All shops are nearby.
