We spent very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small village invites you to take small and large hikes. If you get in the car, you can reach the well-known sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the black moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. We had a wonderful stay at the Waldhaus. I don't think I've ever been in an AirBnB with better amenities. Communication was nice and easy. The sauna area is very nice and it is a real highlight to be able to go from it to the fire bowl in the garden. With a beautiful high-quality pool billiard table and an outdoor dartboard, we had great entertainment - but we also simply enjoyed the large balcony and the surroundings. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed with our friends for the weekend. Combined we had 4 children. It was great for the kids playing outside and they had a great time. Highly recommended! Would love to come back.

The apartment is very spacious, and there is also a lot of space in the garden. Everything is very picturesque and the hosts were super friendly. :)

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super happy and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The Bach was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

We were lucky enough to spontaneously spend the Easter holidays in the beautiful chalet and had a great time with the family (8 adults, 1 toddler). The chalet is located in a very quiet area on the mountain and is great for a wellness or hiking holiday. The host Dirk was always very accommodating and eager and always communicated quickly. The chalet was very clean and with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable. The highlight was of course sauna and hot tub - we will be happy to come back!

Quiet Lge to relax

We have been guests at Heiko's for the second time. We were 14 people and had enough space for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything and if we needed anything then we just had to let Heiko. Rooms are also well equipped, clean and with my own bathroom, which is very convenient with so many people. Behind the house there is a garden area to relax, sit together or grill. Arrival and departure went smoothly and quickly. Host very friendly, helpful and always available. A few hundred meters from the guesthouse is a forest, you can go for a nice walk. Since the pension is directly on the street, it was a bit noisy with the window open. At night, however, it was quieter and with the windows closed you could sleep well. All in all, we liked everything and we would like to come back. Price ratio is also fully acceptable. Thank you for everything, Heiko.

We had a wonderful long weekend in the colorful house and its great outdoor area. Those who like peace and seclusion will get their money's worth. There is plenty of space inside and outside and the house itself is very well equipped. We felt super comfortable and will definitely return!

Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. The house is very nice and has everything you need. Well appointed modern kitchen with a dishwasher. It was clean and the beds and furniture was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Karl Heinz greeted me very kindly when I arrived and showed me the accommodation. The apartment corresponds to the description and pictures. It's very clean, quiet, and it works well there. We had a very nice time in Renate's house. The surroundings invite you to numerous hikes and excursions and in the apartment you will find everything you need and the beds are very comfortable! We will be happy to come back :)

We were three couples plus children. The accommodation is much better than you can capture with photos. It is really perfectly suited to families. The toys are great, great books, great garden with a mega trampoline. It was just perfect for us. We wanted to spend a lot of time there, despite the changeable weather, we were busy with everyone at all times, both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is excellently equipped. If you want to look for something that's "missing", then labels on the cabinets, where something is inside. The kitchens are huge and there is soooo much. :-D So, thank you, thank you, thank you. We are looking in our calendar to see when we can come back. Best regards

The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Everything has already been said about this accommodation: In my opinion, it is also a premium choice with regard to all important questions that play a role in a short break: location, appearance, cleanliness, equipment and the contact with Alex and Jan is of a quality that I would like to recommend and to which I would like to return again:) Thank you for a wonderful time in Sauerland!

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball court and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice, top furnished chalet with attention to the details. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern but still cozy furnishings, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

The old large farmhouse was a great accommodation for a long weekend for us two families with 3 children each! Even if we adults had to duck our heads more often (low ceiling height), the house was big enough and cozy for everyone! We were also able to enjoy the great, large flowering garden with the children every day. In addition, Ludwig and Gerda were courteous hosts who were very attentive and courteous. Highly recommended for families.
