Ellernhof im Spessart Haus "Schwalbennest"

Our wooden semi-detached house is located on a former farm, between fields, forest and meadows. The altitude is very quiet, with beautiful views, good air and lots of sun. The house is comfortably furnished with fireplace and solid wooden furniture. On the south terrace there is an open barbecue fireplace and deck chairs. From here you have your children in view on the large playground. Hiking trails in the Spessart, Mainradweg and many castles, vineyards and half-timbered towns await your visit.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail.
