Perfect Getaway! We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at this Airbnb! The cabin was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make the space welcoming and romantic. The amenities were everything we desired: from spending our evenings soaking in the hot tub, grilling under the stars, to relaxing by the fire pit. They even provided skewers for s’mores! Every detail made our stay feel special and memorable. One thing to note: the road leading up to the cabin is rocky and rough, so I’d recommend visiting in a vehicle that can handle uneven terrain. But—it’s absolutely worth the drive once you arrive. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, and beautiful getaway.

We totally loved our stay in this cozy and well-appointed cabin. The modern, squeaky clean little hideaway with its cute and thoughtfully decorated country- cabin vibe was perfect for a romantic long weekend to reconnect with each other in a beautiful natural setting. Though we could see other homes on the drive up, and had cabins as our neighbors we never saw another person and only heard the sounds of birds. We felt completely secluded and private. The mountain view is truly gorgeous and we loved experiencing different views and flavors of the mountain and amazing cloud formations at different times of day and in different weather. We even caught a mountain view shot through with a spectacular an dparticularly vivid rainbow after a brief rainstorm. Though we would have been perfectly happy cozied up at the cabin, enjoying the hot tub built for two, and just soaking up the peaceful surroundings-we also hiked to a beautiful waterfall, and ate some amazing bbq. We will be back!

Lovely place, beautiful and private location. Hot tub, grill, and fire pit were much appreciated after a long day of hiking. Katrina was very helpful and responsive. Great stay! Highly recommend.

The house was clean and offered beautiful scenery. The grill was located near the river, allowing you to enjoy cooking, dining, and taking in the view all at once. Due to the weather, the firewood was wet; it would be better if it were covered to ensure the fire pit remains usable after rain. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely be happy to revisit.

Ray's cabin was a perfect place to celebrate my husband's birthday! We started with a Shenandoah trail wine tour and came back to enjoy the sunset in the hot tub with a few of our close friends. Ray was proactive and even personally called me to ensure we were ready for the stay. There was even a birthday banner hung inside for the special occasion! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. The game room was a hit towards the end of the night with basketball and foosball table! We will be back again for sure! thank you so much, Ray!

This cabin is a beautiful home nestled in the woods of Massanutten. We really felt at home during our stay here. Very clean and a beautiful renovation, massive open kitchen and living space, relaxing enclosed back porch to watch wildlife, and pretty cool little game room down stairs. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in, and the bed linens were top notch quality. The hot tub was very relaxing as well. The driveway is a lot steeper than what it looks like in the pictures but wasn’t a problem for us during our stay. The neighborhood is very hilly because it’s on a mountain but very beautiful. The living area is on what I would consider the second story, so there are stairs to be climbed either through the garage or to the front door, neither was an issue for us, but may be for some. We really had an awesome stay here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and will probably be staying here again next time we are in the area!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was incredibly clean, cozy, quiet and peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the toddler gear, which saved us from packing extra items. We loved making s’mores by the firepit and curling up with books next to the gas fireplace on cool summer nights. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt well cared for and inviting. As others have mentioned it’s quite the hike up the dirt road, but we had no problem in a small suv. It was a great retreat and would come back!

My family had a great time at this cabin. It’s on a beautiful spot with direct river access. We loved the cozy feel. I would love to visit again.

If you want a place with things in walking distance, this isn't for you. But you can't beat the view from the deck every morning. Place was rustic (which i like in a cabin!) but tastefully done - nice blend of the historic with newer touches. Beds comfy. Had everything you need. Corey sent good instructions on how to find it. Recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, relaxing cabin with great views and surrounding property. From the cabin, we ventured out to hike in the Shenandoah National Park and to tour Luray Caverns. We also hiked a trail on the property to get a clear view of the nearby valley.

Very much enjoyed a short but sweet stay in this cabin! Appreciated the little touches including both fireplaces being set up for use upon arrival & maps of the area being laid out on the kitchen island. This quiet, pet-friendly Airbnb was a great escape for the weekend. Thank you for having us 🙂

We could not have nicer things to say about the hosts, the home, and the local community. Excellent restaurants in town with some nice markets, everything you need is close by. The hosts were extremely accommodating, provided excellent instructions/recommendations in their communications. The home was very well designed and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The stay was amazing and a great little get away from home! The cabin had more than everything you’ll need and was super cozy with amazing views of the mountains! The cabin was super clean and had multiple amenities! Will definitely be coming back to visit in the future! Thank you for such an amazing time!

We only stayed one night at the cabin—but what a night it was! We arrived in the evening and were immediately greeted by a small herd of cows, which absolutely delighted my dairy farmer husband and our farm-loving son. After a week at the beach in a less-than-cozy house with minimal amenities, followed by a full day of walking around Monticello, this cabin felt like a warm hug. The space was incredibly comfortable—recliners everywhere (my kind of paradise!) and plenty of seating for everyone. With two full bathrooms, it made traveling with my family and brother so much easier. The peaceful, scenic view was just the cherry on top. Our kids had a great time too—it’s a wonderful spot for families. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning—a thoughtful touch from our hosts. Honestly, we kicked ourselves for only booking one night. Lesson learned… we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

We spent 3 nights there and truly enjoyed what the beautiful property can offer. We definitely lucked out with the weather, which is always a plus. While having cups of coffee in the morning, we used our binocular to watch birds and other wild animals like turkey, geese, deer and bunnies. After coming back from wineries, we took a hike in the trails and meadows in the property (we did not have to drive anywhere). We made a fire in the evening and sat in a hot tub while stargazing. We ended up spending so much time at the house/ property, which is rare for us on vacation. We love to go back and enjoy a different season. Mollie's recommendations were awesome. Fabio NY Pizza was great, but I actually loved their chocolate cake more than pizza. Early Mountain Winery was the best if you like dry wine.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and inviting. We loved the interior design and decor, and the hot tub on the deck! The location felt very private and tucked away in the forest, while still convenient to local restaurants like Bearrr Appetit and hikes at Shenandoah National Park & Skyline Drive! The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was very easy. Highly recommend this little gem!

Great place, quiet in a beautiful setting. For the size of the town it was nice to find two notable places to eat; "Mack's Bingo Kitchen" for dinner and the "Lost River Trading Post" for a light fare and coffee. There are some great hiking trails near by and within a reasonable drive. Unfortunately most of our stay we had rain but we managed to get one good hike in. Hosts were very responsive to our inquiries. Thanks!

If you're looking for a worry-free country holiday with your doggos, this is the place. It was so relaxing to be able to let our two run freely in the fenced yard, while still being remote enough to feel you're alone in the woods. We had deer, squirrels, humming birds, fire flies and the neighbour's dog visit. The cabin is really cute yet with all modern comforts and made the experience.

Honestly everything about this stay was great! It was really peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect stay for our anniversary. The hot tub was super nice and the views of the sunrise and sunset were so amazing! Would absolutely love to stay here again!!

From the moment I set foot on the property my heart skipped a beat. Everything about our stay was a perfect. The cabin was clean and cozy. All the practical things comfortable bed, cold ac, hot shower, well stocked kitchen, comfy couch, big windows for taking in the peaceful surroundings and watching the bison. Getting into town was an easy 15min drive if you wish. But I never wanted to leave. I could not have wished for a better view of the bison. I watched them come out into the pasture every morning, sun bathe, munch on grass, roll in the dirt, and retire up the hill each evening. This was the most amazingly relaxing couple of days and more than I could have dreamed. I cannot wait to return.

We had a great stay at Serenity Creek. It was a hidden gem with everything we needed and more. It was a wonderful place for my dog to stay too.
