Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

Very professional, courteous and excellent communication. The location and the accommodation excellent. The hosts also allowed us to check in very late and send us lots of good information around the areas.

Sara and Nic were gracious and very responsive hosts. Their home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. The outdoor space also looked wonderful but we didn't use it much because our visit was during winter.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely property to relax in and enjoy. Just what we needed after doing all the sightseeing in the first part of the holiday

The house was awesome, having everything we needed, plus some nice extra touches like pool toys and snacks for a movie night. The only downside was that they had instructions to not turn the ac down past 72 and it was a very hot weekend, the house held onto a lot of heat and the bedrooms were very warm. The pool and spa were great, and we loved hanging out in the outdoor space.

We spent 3 nights during the Memorial Day weekend The location was superb ; stones throw from all the restaurants at University Avenue , yet the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful Beautifully done up home with a lovely backyard

We found John’s place to be quiet with no traffic at all. We approached the washer & dryer. When asked, John quickly brought us an iron and ironing board. We felt fortunate to be there.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to Palo Alto. Can cook or prepare meals if you want as it has a full Kitchen. Allocated parking space a plus as street parking not always availible. Close to Highway exits, 101, so easy to drive to San Jose or San Franscico. You will need a car if you stay at this location. I recommend it once you read the reviews so you know what to expect.

Very cute house with updated kitchen and fairly well stocked with things you need to cook. Beds were very comfortable. Very quite neighborhood. I used a sleep mask due to some outdoor lighting seeping in. Nice dyson fan supplied which reduced any noise. The shower is a little quirky - if you are over 5'3", you will have to duck to wash your hair!

Weichuan & Meng are very kind, helpful and respond very quickly to any and all questions. The bed is very comfortable. The bed and bath linens are very nice and plentiful.

Nikʻs beautiful Airbnb was exactly as described! It had everything we needed and more. Check in and check out instructions were very easy. We really didnt have to do much during check out which made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. Mahalo Nik for openning your beautiful home to us !

Fantastic stay overall. The experience was smooth from start to finish. The house had everything provided above and beyond. We loved it and will definitely be back. Location was super and it was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The home also had a lot of additional features and amenities that were not mentioned in the description which was an added bonus.

A hidden gem with warmth and character, close to everything and very private at the same time. The patio and gardens under the giant redwood is filled with fig trees, tropical ferns, orchids and banana trees. Beautiful tile and stone work decorates the paths , columns and interior spaces of this charming California Bungalow. The stuccoed interior has tall ceilings and massive beams. Big barbecue and well stocked and organized kitchen

The home is freshly renovated, clean and modern. One parking spot available on the driveway. Street parking also available but a bit crowded. Basic necessities were generally well stocked. Hosts were communicative.

Great stay at Wei and Silvia’s home in Palo Alto during our visit for Stanford graduation. The home looks small but is actually quite large with very comfortable furniture for both relaxing and sleeping. Kitchen is very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The home is also close to shops and restaurants on University Ave. (5 minute drive or 15 minute walk). Wei and Silvia were also great at communicating regarding check-in and house policies (which were all very reasonable).
