Our stay was exceptional and exactly what we were looking for. The breathtaking view of the mountains in the background was truly stunning. The home felt peaceful, warm, and very clean—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was also conveniently located close to the main road. We had everything we needed in this charming, well-equipped home. We’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful setting with large lawn and river. The home is spacious ,clutter free and comfortable. Peaceful setting but just a 10-15 drive to Luray and 20 min to Shenandoah park entrance. It has a remote feeling but it is a convenient base to visit the caverns, hiking Shenandoah, or grabbing a bite in Luray. We had temps in low 70's with no humidity so we also enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the river. Follow host instructions about downloading maps offline the GPS was reliable, but once we figured it out it is really quite simple.

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Meadows. Sandy & Chris were wonderful hosts and the property was a great home away from home, with a beautiful courtyard full of colorful birds, a private pool, and a ton of flowering plants. Close enough to town to not feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but far away enough to feel secluded. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were here for our elopement in Shenandoah National Park and this location was perfect. The AirBnb was clean, it had beautiful surroundings, and all of the amenities were great!! Colton gave us awesome local recommendations as well. We will definitely be back!

We stayed over in late May. Spectacular view! It was really breathtaking! We took advantage of the hot tub and amazing record collection. Location was very secluded, but close enough to everything you need. We will be back!

Amazing, immaculate property, peaceful setting, thoughtful hosts! The mountain cottage exceeded our expectations. The home looks exactly like the photos and has all of the amenities. No surprises, no builders grade junky stuff - granite countertops, new appliances, upgraded cabinetry with soft close drawers, large tiled shower with built in bench seat, lighted closets, working blinds, no step access into and through out the home. You walk in to find a welcome basket of water and snacks with a card from hosts. There are books for appliances if needed and a book that provides needed information and options for dining and recreation. Feels private! We had beautiful bird song in the mornings, saw a deer at the end of the driveway and many deer on the roads to the cottage. There is a fishing pond within a half mile and the North fork of the Shenandoah is close by. We enjoyed the peace, nature, cruising Skyline Drive and time with our family. We had an amazing stay! The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We really enjoyed the short hike down to the river, such a beautiful spot. There was a grill and campfire set up right by the water, which we didn’t use, but it was a nice touch. Scott was always available to answer any questions, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway close to nature.

The stay was beautiful and private! After staying in the suburbs and city for a while, this was a good change of pace. We enjoyed staying in the peaceful home. We will definitely come back again!!

The holly cottage was exactly as the listing described. It was easy to find and close to crozet. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The cabin was a wonderful, easy space to stay for a quick weekend to the mountains. We very much enjoyed the beautiful views from the windows and the porch.

This 3 night trip was part of our 2 week trip visiting family in VA. We chose this house because we have a small dog and thought the yard would be good to have. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Amy even left a nice little surprise for us. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. We enjoyed walking to the coffee house and being minutes from our son.

Absolutely perfect stay! We had a great time at Tyler’s place. The home was spotless, cozy and exactly as described (if not better). The location could not have been better for hiking, brewery and winery visits and the Mountain View’s were beautiful. Check in was easy and Tyler always responded quickly to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen amenities made it easy to feel at home. It feels private and quiet but with plenty of places to wine and dine close by. The host recommendation list was fabulous!

A M A Z I N G! We are looking to book for another weekend getaway...We had fun on last Saturday running a 5K race at the area. Andrea and Rob were kind to allow us to check in earlier and enjoy their beautiful wines and charcuterie while we were relaxing on their beautiful outdoor patio at their winery. I can't imagine a better place to visit that it feels so relaxed and so laid back. Next time we will bring our road bikes, beautiful quiet roads to cruise around and hiking at the back of cottage next to the little river. Andrea and Rob were so welcoming and felt like you know them for years. Loved their adorable doggies and so fun playing with them. Missed that tranquility and simplistic life. We came back home and are already planning for another weekend to go back...but shhhh!!! We don't want to share...this is our secret spot ;)

The cabin is excellent. It is in a quiet and beautiful location. It is very well maintained and equipped. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a couple nights for the purpose of celebrating an anniversary and riding bicycles. It’s a great location that’s close enough to Charlottesville but also far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful. Sidenote, if you’re into Cycling, then it’s a great jump off location.

This was a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The fireplace was a treat, and we had a very cozy stay. It's hard to add to what other reviewers have already said, but here is one detail: on a winter's night, when the moon is down and the sky is clear, the stars are fantastic! Because there is no nearby light pollution, the view from the deck of the night sky is deep and brilliant.

This house is downright wonderful. Everything is beautiful, clean and cozy. It is all just as it should be. The host was perfect: accommodating, thoughtful, and friendly. The surroundings sublime, with peace oozing out of every square inch of the house and property. There is a creek behind the house that is the icing on the cake. Wow.

We had a wonderful stay here! Matt and Kelly were communicative through our visit, instructions for check in/out were easy to follow, and the house was so cozy and secluded -- exactly what we hoped for! We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!
