The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is a 7x4 m terrace with awning, an 8.5x4 m heated pool with sliding roof, a jacuzzi and a large outdoor sauna. A 6 x 6 m garage with wallbox is also available.
