Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good views. There is a bedroom with good and soft double bed. Double sofa bed in living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. It is a spacious living room. En suite bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks nearby around Fiskåvannet, etc. We expect general decency and no other residents and neighbours to be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor ourselves.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. Cozy treehouse in the trees at Harkmark for rent all year round. The cabin is well insulated and has a wood stove ready to use. The cabin otherwise consists of a small kitchen,toilet, a bedroom and loft with double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outside area contains a large dining table, fire pit and a hammock. Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many trails. Rowboat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
