Tastefully decorated vacation home with a spacious terrace and views over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers festival will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. Water villa located in the most beautiful corner of Fryslân

This complete water villa no. 119 with boathouse is located in the water directly on the Johan Friso canal within walking distance of the town of Stavoren. From the boathouse, you can sail to the Frisian Lakes or the IJsselmeer. Your own boat can possibly be brought along on the >25 m long jetty. The skiphûs overlooks the water and the countryside, is cozily furnished, has a complete new kitchen, fine box spring beds and a bathroom with shower and bath. Come and enjoy nature in this wonderful environment!

Beautiful place to relax in Workum

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The apartment is located in a very idyllic, quiet place in the beautiful Frisian landscape near the IJsselmeer. Originally, the loft was a cooking studio, where delicious dishes were cooked. The loft is spacious and has been completely converted since June 2020. It offers a lot of privacy, tranquility, a private terrace (with rural views) and free parking. In the beautiful surroundings, close to Hindeloopen and Stavoren, you can enjoy hiking, biking and boating.

Directly on open water and fishing waters. The old harbor and the beach are very close. The cottage is an old storage room of the former lock to the Zuiderzee. Therefore, it has a unique character and feels like you are staying on the water. Suitable for a (married) couple, possibly with two children. There is one bedroom and a loft where 2 young people can sleep. At the front is a sunny garden and at the back a jetty on the water where 2 canoes are ready. ☀️

The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The house is spacious, which makes it very comfortable for bigger groups. The kitchen is fully equiped. The garden is all around the house and you can park right outside the house. The open water is perfect for swimming and fishing.
