The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Surrounded by trees and fields is the charming and romantic half-timbered house from 1780. Here, peace and quiet reign in pure Morten Korch style. The house is decorated in a bright and rural style. On the ground floor you will find kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom. On the 1st floor is a large living room in open connection with the bedroom. In the large and lush garden, you can play and make fires, or walk around and pick berries, fruits and herbs for the food. Activities: Legoland and Lalandia. Juelsminde Marina and Nature Playground.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Huset ligger solrigt, har en overdækket terrasse og en stor have. Huset har et badeværelse, stort køkkenalrum, to soveværelser og en hems. Huset har ikke døre til værelserne. Der er ingen ovn, men en airfryer. Der er både havespil, puslespil og brætspil. Der er brændeovn og en varmepumpe. Sengelinned og håndklæder er inkluderet.

Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
