Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Steamboat Springs

This stay was more than we expected. Easy check in. Free shuttle to the base of the mountain every 15 minutes. Free wifi. Clean bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen area. Kitchen had extra silverware. Full size washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Ligia was extremely responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

Great location, condo, and host! Great price, scenic and walkable, full amenities and comfortable, exactly like photos and host was friendly and responsive.

Kim’s communication for check-in and checkout was efficient and super clear, which made our trip to Steamboat completely stress-free. The place was clean, fully equipped, and most importantly—very comfortable. It’s the perfect ski-in, ski-out spot with an unbeatable view of Steamboat Square. Being high up on the seventh floor, great views of the resort and the mountains. The condo layout worked perfectly for our family. We loved that it had three bathrooms—everyone had their own space, which made things easy. Bonus points for the fast, reliable Wi-Fi and a great selection of TV channels for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Great place in Steamboat with a convenient shuttle and covered parking!

Gorgeous place with high quality finishes. The room and overall facility worked great for our short skiing trip. We enjoyed the shared amenities (locker rooms, exercise room, hot tubs, pool). Our only complaint was the space was tighter than anticipated and the kitchen not well equipped for preparing meals.

Great studio-sized condo only a few minutes gondola ride to/from Steamboat Springs Ski Resort and less than 10 minutes to downtown Steamboat Springs. Condo was very clean and had all of the amenities I needed for an almost 2 week snowboarding stay in Steamboat. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. A reliable internet connection allowed me to work from the condo a few days. Full kitchen let me save some cash by cooking meals on occasion. Having a washer/dryer allowed me to pack less winter clothing. The only issue encountered the entire stay were a few days of loud guests in the unit above us. I let Nicole know and she proactively addressed the issue. The shuttle service was very reliable and took me anywhere I wanted to go. The lodge houses 3 hot tubs and a heated pool, a gym, locker rooms, a cool game room and a business center and is a short 2 minute walk from the condo. I would absolutely stay here on my next trip to Steamboat. Five stars!

Samantha was a fantastic host! The property was excellent and as described. We had one minor glitch which was addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction. She is an excellent communicator and responds very quickly. The Yeti theme of the property was especially appreciated by our 2 year old grandson and (without giving anything away) Samantha went the extra mile to ensure that happened. We would recommend this property to anyone and we hope to return again someday!

Michael’s place was a solid choice for a ski vacation in Steamboat, and his responsiveness to questions was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.

Katie's place was perfect for our weekend visit to Steamboat Springs. It was located near parks, ski resort, restaurants, bike path, etc. An easy drive to the downtown area (or a quick bike ride if we had brought ours!) and hiking. It was a comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and helpful in providing advice to local activities. Would stay here again!

The condo was in a perfect place. We were able to walk down to the gondola and to restaurants. We had to drive to town but we preferred to be on the mountain.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at David's - the place was pristine, the bed was extremely comfy and some of the best nights of sleep I've had in a good while! Very responsive, very helpful, and was so flexible and understanding when I had to move my check-in time and checkout time relatively last minute. I'd 150% recommend this lovely getaway on the side of Thunderhead Mountain to anyone who wants easy access to downtown but also have the quiet privacy of being tucked away just enough surrounded by beautiful nature!

I’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s, and this was one of the more enjoyable experiences. Meredith was extremely responsive and flexible with last minute travel challenges we faced. The condo is about a 5 minute drive from downtown. Lots of great restaurants and shops to check out. We stayed during mud season (offseason), so very little traffic or waits at the restaurants. Overall, great experience!

We had a great stay. The condo is right on the shuttle line, so it is easy to get around town and to the ski resort. The condo is well equipped and there is plenty of space to relax. We had kids and really appreciated the toys and kids activities that are stocked here. Great place!

We had the best time at this Airbnb! The indoor, outdoor space is so beautiful and everything was super clean, well stocked. The amenities are really close by and we enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, pickle ball and tennis facilities and steamboat village. I would love to stay in this spot again! Can’t thank them enough for the perfect stay.

We loved this house. The Steamboat Lodging staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and timely.

Beautiful, brand new home. High grade (but not custom) finishes. Amazing light throughout the main floor with great views of the resort from the kitchen. Had all the amenities that we could have asked for. We cooked a couple meals and had everything we needed. We were there in the fall so the private gondola wasn’t running, but it’s a short walk over there to get up to the base of the resort, so super convenient location if you’re there for the resort. There are a LOT of stairs inside though, so don’t rent this place if you have trouble walking. Only complaint was with the management company, Steamboat Lodging. Be careful with them…they are sneaky. They ask you to sign a separate lease agreement with all their listings and don’t comply with Airbnb policies in this respect. They’re required by Airbnb to clearly disclose the terms of this lease agreement in the listing BEFORE guests book, but they don’t. Then when I called them out on that, they implied it was my fault for not knowing.

Such a great clean spot. Very comfortable for a family of 8 gathering. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing home and stay! This is a real home and I loved the convenience and extras that this provided. The mudroom is great and has plenty of space for all the gear - also right next to the washer/dryer with laundry soap and even stain remover (amazing because the toddler threw up in the car on the way up). Fully stocked, real person who cooks kitchen - notable extras: coffee grinder + great coffee machine, all the spices, oils, Tupperware, plastic bags etc. Views of the slopes from most of the house, quiet street, friendly neighbors, comfortable setting, all made for a great family getaway. The hosts were so nice and accommodating - snow removal was also provided while we were there which was so convenient. This really did have all the touches of home and all the thoughtful details that make for a great family vacation. Would definitely recommend (& come back)!
