This is a fantastic stay close to downtown Steamboat. House is exactly like the pictures and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The beds were wonderful, so comfortable! It was very clean too! We were on Spring break to ski with several teenagers, and the purple line shuttle practically stops in the driveway. It was incredibly convenient and easy to get to the slopes. The line is a short 10 min loop, so you don’t stop a million places or wait long for the next shuttle!

Everything was lovely! The place was great, had everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax. Check in and check out was seamless and easy, would definitely stay here again.

Jay and Shelley’s place was a perfect fit for my wife and me. Our daughter and Diana’s brother stayed with us and we all had plenty of room. The ease of moving our gear from our snowmobiling trailer and truck into the cabin was very easy. No stairs, elevators and only a few steps to front door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to park our snowmobile trailer in his main yard by the corrals. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

The perfect Steamboat stay! We had a wonderful experience at The Spruce Nest! Tom was an incredibly welcoming and attentive host, and the space was spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and very comfortable. It worked perfectly for our group—four adults, a 7-year-old, a 6-month-old, and even our pup. The location couldn’t have been better: close to downtown, great trails, and quiet enough to relax. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful touches like rock painting, which made it feel extra special. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was just what we needed for our active summer weekend in Steamboat.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The condo was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed from the start. Everything was neat, thoughtfully set up, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the standout features was the view! The mountains were absolutely beautiful, especially in the early mornings and evening. It really added something special to the experience 🏔️ Dana, the host was also great to communicate with. She was friendly, quick to respond, and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean space with stunning views and a helpful host. Incredible location, beautiful and comfortable space in pristine condition, was perfect for my son & I for a couple days of skiing at steamboat. Truly one of the nicest airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend it. Thanks Nicole.

We really enjoyed staying a month at Steve's place. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet very walkable. Steve's place is very well equipped and perfect for two people. We will happily come back.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

Kim’s communication for check-in and checkout was efficient and super clear, which made our trip to Steamboat completely stress-free. The place was clean, fully equipped, and most importantly—very comfortable. It’s the perfect ski-in, ski-out spot with an unbeatable view of Steamboat Square. Being high up on the seventh floor, great views of the resort and the mountains. The condo layout worked perfectly for our family. We loved that it had three bathrooms—everyone had their own space, which made things easy. Bonus points for the fast, reliable Wi-Fi and a great selection of TV channels for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are very generous in their provisions, including herbs and spices and everything you could need for cooking. A comfortable living room and lovely space for outdoor dining. Very comfortable bed (we only used one of the bedrooms), and wonderful place to sit outside and have coffee in the morning. Such a peaceful neighborhood with a lovely view.

Everything was great for our weekend stay. The layout was perfect and the unit is nicely updated. We appreciated the basic kitchen items and bathroom soaps provided.

Tori was the most amazing host. Her place is exceptional, with beautiful views from the deck, water running in front. Mountains. Such a delight to interact with Tori in going back-and-forth during our stay for questions. Would absolutely recommend this beautiful retreat spot, for any weekend getaway or right on the ski slope, which is a hop, skip and jump away from this beautiful and quiet condo. The ambience is quaint, love the fireplace. Everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy linens, and the bed was super comfortable! We had such a wonderful time at Charlie's! The location is perfect, we enjoyed biking around the mountain and easy biking into town along the Yampa River trail. The place was well stocked, with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. We really appreciated the children's toys and childrens utensils, plates, etc. I was especially impressed by all the labeling that made it easy to find everything and put things back in the right places! The bedding was all very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The condo grounds were great, with the multiple hot tubs in case one was occupied and pool. We would love to come back, thank you so much!

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

A great location just a quick walk to the gondola. The place was clean and very comfortable and a great layout for our family of 4. We stayed in the summer and would definitely stay again to ski.

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat. We came to ski and we had a short walk to the slopes. You could also take the town bus which picked you up right around the corner. We took a shuttle from the airport and either walked to restaurants right near the condo or took the shuttle to downtown. All very convenient. Rob’s place had all we needed for our stay including games the kids enjoyed! Rob was easy to talk to and very responsive. Would stay here again! Kathy . Would stay here again. Kathy

Tara’s spot was perfect for our family of 4! Our kids loved the bunk room, and the provided toys were an unexpected bonus. We had a great time and would love to come back!

We had a great stay at the condo! It was clean, comfortable, and not far from downtown Steamboat. The host, Mathew was very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

The rental was clean and comfy. The host provided lots of local info. I’d definitely recommend!
