This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

The entrance is on the side of the villa with small forecourt and view of the private south garden. Small kitchen with dining area for 2 people, approx. 20 sqm bedroom with wardrobe, table, chairs, TV. Bathroom with large sauna, use cost. (€5). You can also use the cost of cleaning if needed. Regional and S-Bahn in 10 minutes walk. (9 min. Drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus within 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

Situated on the fifth floor, this light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. In a well-kept old building on the 2nd floor is the 25 m² room with private bathroom, unfortunately there is no kitchen, a kettle and a small range of coffee and tea are available. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are just around the corner.
