It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The room is ideal for two people. For more people, there is a sofa bed. Good parking is available in front of the house. Bus line 110 is a 200 m walk and the U-Bahn is about 600 m away. The kitchen is fully equipped and can accommodate four people. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Shopping can be found in Schmargendorf after a few hundred meters.
