Beautifully designed, modernly renovated old cottage surrounded with nature. Goats, donkeys, etc. Super equipped kitchen, tasteful furniture and great way to eat outside in large groups. The Hosts are easily accessible and friendly. We enjoyed it very, very much!

What a beautiful Airbnb! We felt totally comfortable right away and had a great time. The amenities of the Airbnb are very good. The place is nice and quiet, so we were able to relax. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a long weekend with a larger group at Ann-Catrin and Nigel's and felt completely comfortable. The two are great hosts: warm, helpful and very attentive. The house is brand new, built entirely of wood, which creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It is very comfortable, well equipped and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. Since it is a wooden house, it is a little noisy, but this fits well with the character of the house and did not bother us. The garden was great for the kids. They could play there and let off steam. The surroundings with fields, meadows and small allotment gardens were also ideal for relaxing walks and small exploration tours. If we meet again in the middle of Germany, then we would be very happy to meet here again. We highly recommend the space and hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time, Ann-Catrin and Nigel!

Top apartment, perfect location for our visit to Bad Salzuflen, you feel at home, very clean, very many amenities that you would not expect, easy access to the apartment. Great communication with the host. We recommend the apartment 100%.

Very nice, tasteful and thoughtful decor. High-quality and lavishly equipped kitchen. The house offers a lot of space and at the same time privacy with the spacious all-round garden. Beautiful open architecture with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden. We felt very comfortable.

I was with my mother and little son for a short vacation on the Steinhuder Meer and we felt very comfortable at the place! Everything new, modern, clean and practical. Good location, large garden, all around good. We would come back!

We were with the family for an extended weekend in Jan's beautiful house. He welcomed us kindly, showed us the house and gave us information about the area. He renovated the house himself and furnished it with an incredible attention to detail. It's like a museum, there are little things to discover everywhere. A true paradise for art lovers! There are toys for young and old, endless space and the place around it is worth a walk. The bell tower right next door scares you the first time, but after that you hardly notice it. From the chair, you can watch the storks, so that even bad weather in Jan's house is super bearable. We will be happy to come back, it was great.

Everything was very good! The location was great, everything was super walkable and the apartment was in great condition.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, which matched the description and photos. We liked the quiet location on the outskirts with direct access to the countryside, the terrace, the already made beds, the Senseo coffee machine, the spices and teas provided, the size of the apartment and the 8km distance to the lake. If you like it quiet, this is the place to be!

We had a very nice stay in Karsten's "Kontor". A really very nice apartment, elaborately restored and very nicely located. Quiet, with a garden and plenty of space to relax and feel good. The amenities are great, there was nothing missing. Everything was lovingly prepared for our reception. We would love to come back, then also gladly a little longer. Many thanks to Karsten for the friendly and helpful communication! We had a lovely weekend on site.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need! We spent 4 days in the apartment and were able to explore the Steinhuder Meer and surroundings by bike and car.

We had a wonderful weekend at Marie and Jan's place. It was all very loving, clean and cozy. The location is beautiful and quiet. Marie gave us great tips for walks and we felt very welcome, completely comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. We highly recommend the place. Thanks a lot!

Our short break with Rainer and his family was very pleasant! We felt welcome. The yard is lovingly maintained, we were able to move freely on the entire area. The apartment is really big and well equipped, even for our little daughter (11M) everything was there. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back!

A great apartment and super nice hosts. We were greeted right upon arrival by their sweet dog and the host and felt really comfortable from the start.

Valentin is friendly and uncomplicated, the apartment is beautiful, large and very clean. The kitchen is really well equipped. We were able to walk well to Steinhude and would book here again!

Check-in went smoothly. The accommodation was also as in the photos and it was clean. The apartment is equipped with everything important from bathroom to kitchen. It is spacious and pleasant. The only slightly negative point was that there is a military site nearby and we had sirens, fire and police operations in our night there, which were supposed to be an exercise, but stopped from 11:50 pm - 12:30 am and we had no idea about it and it was a bit stressful at night for us, but it should not be a criticism of the host, the apartment itself is really nice and everything went as I had imagined.

A wonderfully furnished, welcoming apartment with its own artistic charm. The high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the surrounding area is very pleasant. Contact with Susanne and Michael was extremely straightforward and they were very quick to help us with questions. We miss the apartment downright; )

Great accommodation in an idyllic location, ideal also for dog owners, as you can immediately hike from the farm in beautiful forests. In addition to the horses, there are also dogs, cats and chickens to admire, great for children!

the apartment is equipped to a high standard, very above average for a holiday apartment. Unfortunately, we hardly had time and it is possible to use the amenities, as we were traveling from very early to very late.
