Cabin holiday rentals in Sterling

Gloria was amazing! I had a rented a cabin for the night for a surprise 16th bday for my daughter! I originally had a small cabin booked, but was upgraded, for free, to a huge, beautiful cabin. She allowed me to check in early in the morning, instead of at 4pm, so I could decorate! She also allowed us to extend check out time so we could enjoy the place as much as possible! They have a wellness center, with a huge sauna, hot tub and massage chairs! Also has a massive fire pit area, as well as a restaurant! I would recommend this place a million times over!

Pictures don't do justice for sure. What a lovely little getaway. The hot tub was immaculate. which was really nice. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. I felt right at home. I would absolutely rent again. My only little thing that was a little off was the no windows coverings in the sitting area. Other than that. it was amazing.

Quiet and easy place to stay. Had a lot of things to do but we were too busy fishing to do them.

The house was super clean, well-organized, and everything was labeled, so it was easy to find what we needed and know where to put things back. It had all the amenities you could want, including an amazing hot tub with an awesome view of the lake. The wraparound deck and the fire pit down by the lake were perfect for relaxing. Plus, the dock made it easy to fish and kayak – so many fun outdoor activities! The house was really spacious, and although there was only two of us and we kept to the main house, the other one was available. This place would be awesome for a family trip or a getaway with friends. We’re already thinking about coming back next year to tackle the Kenai River with our friends. The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and made us feel really welcome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Very quiet and secluded cabin in the woods. Perfect for the overnight fishing trip we went on. Host was very responsive and helpful with everything. Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. Fishing close by was what we came for and that's what we got. The house was super comfortable to stay in. While we didn't see any moose we saw signs of them in the yard. Fun!

Pat was a great host. although he had to leave out of town before we arrived he communicated when we had to ask questions. Cabin is perfect with great ammenities. Loved being able to have access to firewood and the view could never be beat. Would reccomend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We loved this cabin! Peaceful and private, with everything we needed—comfy bed, nice bathroom, and a well-equipped space. Sandy was especially wonderful—super friendly and gave us great local fishing advice that really made our trip. Robert was also quick to respond and helpful. Perfect spot to relax and a great base for exploring the area!

Kids and I really enjoyed this cozy and well equipped cabin. The place is pristine clean while dog friendly. The view is dreamy; Hosts are super nice; Fresh eggs and fishing tips are absolutely bonus. Loved everything.

Sharon was very hospitable and the cabin was exactly what my family needed for a week's get away for fishing. I would love to come back again for another adventure.

I am a touring comedian and it was so nice to just find a place with a hot tub to chill alone in the woods by a lake. The hosts were fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this little get away spot.

Great Stay in Logan's cabin. Beds were comfy and the cabin was really cute. Had a great little fridge and the communal bathrooms were clean, close, and spacious. I liked that they had a washing machine for guests to use (pay $4 electronically). We cooked outside on the grill and with our camping gear, nice picnic table and seating in front of the cabin. If you will be busy all day and need a comfy place with just enough amenities at a great price, this is the place!

Beautiful views with a cute, clean cabin. Definitely recommend! We stayed at the cabin and took several day trips including Cooper Landing for a hike to Russian river falls, Homer and Seward. We also enjoyed our time in Soldotna and Kenai. Mark is very quick to respond to any questions and Trina was very sweet. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This Airbnb is ideal for a group fishing trip. It has a cozy cabin feel, with plenty of beds to accommodate a large group. Alex, the host. is super easy to work with. He went out of his way to quickly resolve an issue we ran into with one of the large appliances. If you have a large family or group going to the northeast part of the Kenai, this is where you will want to stay.

This was the coolest place we stayed during our AK trip! Kristin was an incredibly kind host and her place was so charming and peaceful. The view of the lake was spectacular and felt very secluded—like our own little lake house. The place was also very unique; we really felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and more - thoughtful amenities, a well-stocked and functional space, and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The shower pressure was excellent, which was such a nice perk after long days of exploring. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and we really appreciated how easy everything was. The location was perfect - peaceful, convenient, and a great home base for everything we wanted to do in the area. Highly recommend this spot!

I love staying at the Birch Tree Cabins! Andy is always very helpful and responsive. This was our second stay at Birch Tree Cabins. The first time we stayed in the Moose Cabin and this year we tried the Wolf Den. Both cabins are wonderful and equipped with everything we needed: range, microwave, coffee maker, and hot water for those much needed hot showers after a rainy day! Thank you Andy for another great stay!

Nice cabin. Was quite spacious. I was a bit worried beforehand that it would feel a bit cool because it looked quite dark in the photos. In real life it was also a bit dark due to the location between trees, but it didn't feel that way at all. It actually felt very warm and cozy.

Worked great for us. The cleaning station and freezer allowed us to preserve our fishing success and take home 200#’s of salmon and halibut. Cabin was simple but served us well. Laundry was very helpful and an added bonus.

This cozy, private, quiet cabin welcomed us with snacks, a clean interior, many amenities (coffee and cream, condiments in the fridge, plenty of dish towels for a family with kids and games) plus nice firm mattresses and a gorgeous view from both decks and the living room. Robert and Eleanor are gracious and responsive hosts who are proud of their cabin and happy to share it with others. Blackout shades helped us sleep and the overall feeling was very welcoming. The guest book gave great suggestions for activities nearby and I appreciate the simplicity of the layout and thoughtfulness of the interior. Thank you!
