Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Stockholm archipelago

Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm.

Wunderbar gelegenes und toll eingerichtetes Haus quasi mitten im Wald. Wer Trubel und Action sucht, ist hier sicher falsch. Aber mit einem guten Buch auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, die Vögel zwitschern zu hören und dann auch noch die private Suana nutzen zu können, das ist schon echt richtig toll!! Wir haben fleißig Ausschau nach Elchen gehalten - die kamen leider dann doch nicht vorbei, aber immerhin konnten wir einem Reh zuschauen, das ganz genüsslich in "unserem" Wäldchen graste. Und die Kanutour zu dritt in Richtung Meer hat auch riesigen Spaß gemacht - inklusive Baden im 16 Grad kalten See! Insgesamt sehr sehr schöne drei Tage!!

Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit des Hauses waren herausragend, und die liebevoll gestalteten Details der Einrichtung haben uns immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Jeder Raum war mit so viel Geschmack und Sinn für das Besondere eingerichtet, dass es ein harmonisches und einladendes Gesamtbild ergab – fast wie ein zweites Zuhause. Besonders die Sauna und der Kamin haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet und für unvergessliche Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Schneefall an Silvester, der die ohnehin schon malerische Umgebung in ein wahres Winterwunderland verwandelte. Diese Kombination aus traumhafter Landschaft und außergewöhnlicher Unterkunft hat unseren Schweden-Urlaub genauso werden lassen, wie wir ihn uns erträumt hatten. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben! Für alle, die Wert auf eine besondere Atmosphäre, erstklassige Ausstattung

Jag hade min bridal shower på denna fantastiska villa – och jag kan inte nog uttrycka hur nöjda vi var! Från första stund kände vi oss varmt välkomna. Huset var otroligt vackert, smakfullt inrett och perfekt för vårt firande. Alla ytor, både inomhus och utomhus, var välskötta och skapade en lyxig men avslappnad atmosfär. Ägaren var väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam genom hela processen, vilket gjorde planeringen smidig och stressfri. Alla gäster var imponerade och jag fick så många komplimanger för valet av plats. Jag rekommenderar verkligen denna villa för alla som vill fira något speciellt i en vacker och minnesvärd miljö! 🌸🥰

Mysig stuga i mycket vackra omgivningar på Yxlan. Tyst och lugnt, med bra bekvämligheter. Snabb kommunikation med stugvärd.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. Nice views, well equipped kitchen, beautiful environment for walking, we even saw some wild animals. Great house!

Lots of windows. Beautiful light. Very minimalistic atmosphere which gave a calm and peaceful feeling. Cozy front room with windows, daybed and surrounding views of boats passing by was perfect for coffee and relaxation. Elisabet is an excellent, responsive and kind host. While you cannot take a car there, they have two hand carts available to use when you arrive. If you don’t mind walking, it is a good walk with your suitcases in the carts from the ferry to the home and you’ll get a lot of wildlife, animals and things to see. We enjoyed the nature. Water everywhere. The sunsets were beautiful. Private beach to use (visible to everyone but not available). A sweet market just down the hill with almost everything you may need for a few days. A boat, kayak, SUPs and linens for rent—ask to reserve them ahead of your stay. We loved the experience.

We stayed with our two sons for five nights at Toms appartment and felt immediately at home. It had everything we needed, many things to visit nearby and just down the street. Tom and Sunnöve asked in advance if we feel comfortable. Our great plus was the rooftop terrace. We loved sitting there in the evening, having a glas of wine and watching the silouhette of Stockholm. We very much enjoyed our stay -- the location is excellent (extremely walkable, very convenient access to groceries and restaurants). Bella was very responsive - she provided recommendations and was quick to reply to any message from our party. The apartment itself is relatively small (this wasn't a surprise, but if booking be sure that you're comfortable being in close proximity with your group). Even though it is small, the apartment is charming and authentic (it is old/historic while also being tastefully updated). Good views of the Stockholm cityscape.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gamla Stan, einem äußerst zentralen Viertel, das es ermöglicht, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche bietet alles, was man für die Zubereitung eigener Mahlzeiten braucht. Es ist der perfekte Rückzugsort nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt. Die Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten war tadellos und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Diese Wohnung ist ideal für alle, die Stockholm entdecken möchten, ohne auf Komfort und Gemütlichkeit verzichten zu müssen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt! Danke Elisabeth und Nils für eure grosszügige Gastfreundschaft.

Magnus was an excellent communicator and his place was as described. The location was great and we walked everywhere because the weather was beautiful. We did a bike tour, the Vasa Museum, Royal Palace and ate a lot of great food! It was so nice to come back to a comfy apartment to relax. The washer/dryer was a nice benefit as we prepared for our next journey. Thank you for a great stay Magnus!

Julius’s apartment was bright, very roomy, and very comfortable! It is in a residential area directly across from a park. We enjoyed the community that came to the park on a daily basis. Beds were comfortable living room was comfortable and Julius provided some great restaurant recommendations in the guidebook he left. Overall a great stay

Exactly as listed, great host. Good unit for our family. Vibrant neighborhood close to the public transit stops. One thing to note is that the laundry is about a 15-20 min ride away (I believe this is true for all of Sweden that laundromats are not common) - something to plan for. Deeply appreciated the noise makers and black out curtains in each bedroom as there is a lot of sunlight in the summer!

Wir waren in Olivers Unterkunft in Sångä Säby knapp zwei Wochen mit Baby. Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Blick über den See zum Entspannen. Mit ein paar Handgriffen war die Wohnung auch relativ Babysicher. Olivers Familie hat uns herzlich begrüßt und war immer hilfsbereit. Die kleine Wiese mit Strand war wunderbar zum Spielen (und Baden im Sommer). Es gab sogar einiges an Kinderspielzeug. Für Ausflüge war man zwar immer aufs Auto angewiesen. Aber 1h zu Fuß ist ein niedliches Blumencenter mit Café und Restaurant, wo es sich lohnt zu laufen. Wir können jedem Olivers Airbnb nur empfehlen.

Vi har haft några härliga dagar över midsommar i det fina huset. Allt fungerade perfekt och uteplatserna var mycket fina. Allt fanns i huset och fungerade perfekt. Kort promenad in till stan.

Frida and Johan were incredibly helpful hosts and the accommodation was amazing. Set amongst beautiful scenery and a lake it was the perfect place to relax with my friends

Lennart and Chicki's house is a stunning stay. The view is just amazing and sitting watching the boats go by was so calming and relaxing. it's not far to drive to Saltsjõbaden where there are restaurants and cafes and a supermarket. It's best to have a car to stay here. The fact that it's slightly off the beaten path is the thing that makes it so special. The house has everything you need - comfy beds, great shower, big outdoor area, nice kitchen. Chicki was great to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the lovely stay 🙂

Fantastiskt boende med magisk utsikt över Mälaren! Huset är modernt, välutrustat och väldigt bekvämt. Perfekt för avkoppling med bastu och spabad. Värden var hjälpsam och kommunikationen smidig. Rekommenderas varmt!

Ett hus som gjort för umgänge. Vi hyrde huset för att fira min födelsedag och hade en underbar helg med vänner och familj. Vi älskade alla olika rum (vinterträdgården, vardagsrummet, altanen med skogen bakom..) och köket var oerhört välutrustat (gott om grytor, porslin och 2 diskmaskiner!). Badtunnan och bastun var våra favoriter. Ett hus med mycket personlig touch, trappor och vrår och roliga detaljer. Tack Mårten!

Vi hade en otrolig nyårshelg på Ornö, huset var jättefint med välutrustat kök, bra porslin och glas. Och toppen med ordentliga sovrum och sällskapsyta. Jättefin omgivning och Arne var en jättebra värd som gav rekommendationer innan ankomst och svarade snabbt. Rekommenderar verkligen att hyra detta!
