Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

My’s garden in Trosa

Hi! Welcome to this cozy villa in Trosa. The owner has three separate houses, one of which is used as a studio. The owner lives in the main house. And the guest house is here which is in the announcement .It is about 35 square meters, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator. The guest room has a separate shower and toilet. Here, guests will share the laundry room and outdoor space with the owner. But each has its own independent outdoor space.

Tre hus ingår, varav ett stort (60 kvm bottenyta, tre plan) med kök och porslin för 12 personer. Vardagsrum med kamin och "bio" (projektor och högtalare) Fyra sovrum med sju vanliga sängar (2+2+1+1+1). Huset har dock totalt 11 bäddar varav två utdragssoffor. Fyra toaletter, tre duschar, tvätt- och diskmaskin, WiFi.

Njut av naturens ljud och en fantastisk utsikt, eller låna en gitarr eller trumma. Fem minuters promenad ner till sjön där det finns badbrygga och bastu och kanot. Laga din mat på grillen vid tältet, eller i det gemensamma ute-köket. Traditionellt utedass. Ibland kan chill musik höras från ateljén. House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
