This home is truly a home for the future and is exceptionally eco-friendly with an air source heat pump (ASHP) providing underfloor heating throughout and a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system with built in pollen filters for extra warmth in the winter and a cool breeze in the summer. Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Wonderful townhouse in historic foodie town

A great place to stay if you want a perfect base for exploring the NY Moors and beyond. The quirky house was once a printers in the late 1700's and has been restored to create a fun place to stay in the middle of Stokesley. With over 10 bars and pubs and nearly 20 eating places and coffee shops Stokesley has something for everyone. Staying at the Print House will give you tons of day trip options. Explore the moors, the incredible coast line or shop at one of the major centres close by.

Bumble Cottage. Lovely 2 bedroom Edwardian cottage

Bumble cottage is a beautiful family and dog friendly holiday home. Only a short walk from the centre of the village. Great Ayton is situated on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors and provides a wonderful base for exploring the local area. There are many possibilities for family activities, for walking, hiking, road and mountain biking and running. The beautiful beach at Saltburn is also only a 15 minute drive away. There are several excellent and unique cafes, restaurants and bars.

Townhouse in Stokesley

A delightfully old, mid-terraced townhouse situated in the conservation area of West Green, Stokesley. The house has been sympathetically decorated and furnished to reflect its heritage, with a beautiful collection of traditional, upcycled and vintage inspired furniture to support independent, local businesses. We are dog friendly. Outside we have a secure, seated courtyard. Stokesley and the local area hosts all manner of restaurants and cafes, many of which are dog-friendly.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

Little Owl Landpod

Set slap bang in the middle of the North York Moors, Little Owl is a truely special space to sit back, relax and soak up the magic of the moors! The Landpods are suitable for small families but we do not accept groups or parties. There are two small double beds but bedding is not provided. There is electricity in the pods and a Shepherds Hut next to them for cooking. The toilets are only short walk away and there is a fire pit to enjoy those special evenings!

Guests can access free WIFI during their stay and enjoy ample parking space to allow coming and going with ease.
