Welcome to a cozy home near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You live in a nice farm cottage on shared plot. Alvaret is available in ten minutes walk where the Castle Ruin and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's crowded local life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the terrace 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Bathrooms (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

The cottage is located along the old railway that is part of the island trail ( nice hallway and bike path ). Air conditioning at an additional cost 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Found Wifi

Just as close to beaches on both the quiet east side and the busier Köpingsvik. A solar cell facility provides the house with most of the electricity so you can do your part for the environment even on holiday. In the combined sleep and living room there are 2 beds and a sofa bed that is easily converted into a 140 cm wide bed for 1-2 people.
